چکیده    Major goal in stem cell technology is to create artificial scaffold materials that have the capacity to regulate the proliferation, differentiation of stem cell and progenitor cells as well as the future of the differentiated cells because biological tissues consist of situated within a complex molecular framework known as the ecm (extracellular matrix) ,with an integrated vascular system for oxygen or nutrient supply. most ecm consist of three general classes of macromolecules: collagens, proteoglycans (pg/gag), and glycoproteins such as fibronectin and laminin. as well as providing structural support and signaling, an important role of many ecm molecules is provision of multiple binding sites for soluble growth factors. in order to mimic this structure, it is obvious that physical and chemical features of the 3d scaffold are extremely important. some components of the ecm, in which cells are accommodated, demonstrate both nano- and lor microscale structure
