شناسایی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های پیش روی سیستم آموزشی در فضای مجازی برای گذر از بحران‌ها: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های پیش روی سیستم آموزشی در فضای مجازی برای گذر از بحران‌ها بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی تجربی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش که شامل کلیه متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه تعلیم و تربیت در استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند که مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش به روش هدفمند انتخاب و با 25 نفر از متخصصان حوزه آموزش مصاحبه عمیق انجام شد. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند انتخاب شده است. در این پژوهش مصاحبه‌های ضبط ‌شده به‌صورت کتبی ثبت شدند و از طریق تحلیل مضمون به روش هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته شده است. تحلیل تجارب زیسته مشارکت کنندگان موجب شناسایی و دسته‌بندی و استخراج مقوله‌های اصلی «چالش‌های فردی»، «چالش‌های اجتماعی» و «فرصت‌های فردی» و «فرصت‌های اجتماعی» شد. در ادامه از مقوله‌های اصلی ذکرشده، مقوله‌های فرعی چالش‌های فردی مشتمل بر ایجاد هویت پنهان، خود کنترلی کاذب، عدم خود مدیریتی، عدم رشد تفکر انتقادی، کسالت تحصیلی و چالش‌های اجتماعی شامل انزوای اجتماعی، حذف تعاملات سنتی معلم دانش آموز، نداشتن محدودیت‌های اخلاقی، مخدوش شدن روابط والد فرزندی و فرصت‌های فردی شامل امکان توسعه ایده‌ها، افزایش اطلاعات عمومی، امکان مشارکت در تولید محتوا و فرصت‌های اجتماعی شامل تعامل فعال با سایر مخاطبان، اشتراک‌گذاری ایده‌ها، توسعه سواد رسانه‌ای و افزایش آگاهی مخاطب از فرایند آموزش و پرورش، استخراج شدند. یافته‌های این پژوهش توانست تصویر روشنی از فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آموزش در فضای مجازی ارائه کند.

identifying challenges and opportunities facing the online education system in navigating crises: a phenomenological study

the aim of this study was to identify the challenges and opportunities facing the virtual education system in navigating crises. the research employed a qualitative approach based on empirical phenomenology. the study population consisted of education experts and specialists in east azerbaijan province; participants were selected via purposive sampling, and in depth interviews were conducted with 25 education specialists. semi structured interviews served as the data collection tool. the recorded interviews were transcribed and analyzed using colaizzi's seven step thematic analysis method. analysis of the participants' lived experiences led to the identification, categorization, and extraction of four main categories: individual challenges, social challenges, individual opportunities, and social opportunities. from these main categories, the following sub categories were derived: individual challenges (formation of a hidden identity, false self control, lack of self management, stunted critical thinking, academic boredom); social challenges (social isolation, elimination of traditional teacher student interactions, absence of ethical boundaries, strained parent child relationships); individual opportunities (potential for idea development, increased general knowledge, opportunities for content creation); and social opportunities (active interaction with other audiences, idea sharing, development of media literacy, and increased audience awareness of the educational process). the findings of this study provide a clear picture of the opportunities and challenges associated with virtual education.
