بررسی عوامل موثر بر رضایت دانشجویان از آموزش آنلاین در دوران شیوع کرونا

پیدایش بیماری کرونا سبب شد آموزش مجازی در مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها به‌شدت فراگیر شود و این امر منجر به ایجاد مسائلی شد. مطالعه حاضر به دنبال بررسی میزان رضایت دانشجویان از آموزش آنلاین و عوامل موثر بر رضایت و اثربخشی این نوع آموزش است. این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، ازلحاظ رویکرد کمی و در آن از پرسشنامه آنلاین استفاده‌شده است. جامعه آماری آن نیز دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی، دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و دانشگاه تهران بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه با 760 نفر از آنان مصاحبه گردید. ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها، پرسش نامه‌ای آنلاین با صد سوال بود که برای سنجش اعتبار و پایایی از تحلیل عاملی(kmo)، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و همبستگی درونی استفاده شد. در تحلیل داده‌ها نیز نرم‌افزارهای spss و lisre مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد میانگین شاخص رضایت از آموزش آنلاین 2.4 از 5 است و این بیانگر آن است که میزان رضایت در بین دانشجویان کمتر از متوسط و نزدیک به کم است. کمترین میزان رضایت در بعد رضایت از آموزش عملی است. به ترتیب بُعد استادان، شرایط سامانه و کلاس و دانشجویان بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را بر رضایت از آموزش آنلاین دارند.

Investigating the factors affecting students’ satisfaction with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic

Because of the emergence of coronavirus disease, elearning is now widely used in schools and universities. As a result of the rapid spread of this phenomenon, there are some issues. This paper aims to look into the level of student satisfaction with online education, as well as the factors that influence the satisfaction and effectiveness of this type of education. The research was Applied research in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of approach. In this research, an online survey was used. The study population was the students of Allameh Tabatabai University, Shahid Beheshti University, and Tehran University, and 760 of them were chosen through voluntary sampling. Data were collected using a 100item online questionnaire, and factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, and internal correlation were used to ensure validity and reliability. The SPSS and LISREL software packages were used to analyze the data. According to the findings, the average index of satisfaction with online education is 2.4 out of 5, indicating that student satisfaction is low. Practical training has the lowest level of satisfaction. Among the influential factors, the dimension of professors, system and class conditions, and students have the greatest influence on satisfaction with online education.
