تحلیل ساختارمند فرهنگ یادگیری الکترونیکی در نظام‌های آموزشی: رویکردی به بحران کووید 19 (مقاله مروری)

هم‌زمان با تغییرات سریع فنون و مهارت‌ها و ظهور پدیده‌های نوین فناوری اطلاعات و تاثیر آن‌ها بر شیوه‌ها و روش‌های زیستن، فرایند آموزش نیز متحول شده است. جهانی شدن و پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات همراه با افزایش تنوع ویژگی‌های دانشجویان و تنوع فرهنگی کاربران، موسسات آموزشی را به چالش کشیده است. فرهنگ یادگیری الکترونیکی به استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی در سازمان اشاره دارد که در قالب مجموعه‌ای از ارز‌ش‌ها، نظام‌ها و عادت‌های سازما‌نی کل سازمان و افراد را برای بهبود بخشیدن مستمر میزان دانش، شایستگی و عملکرد خود حمایت و تشویق می‌نماید. موفقیت در یادگیری الکترونیکی مستلزم تغییر در درک و رفتار یادگیرندگان، برای تغییر در توسعه برنامه درسی آموزشی است. نقش عوامل آموزشی فرهنگی از مقوله‌های بسیار مهمی است که در طراحی و ایجاد محیط یادگیری به‌ویژه یادگیری الکترونیکی بایستی‌ مورد توجه قرار گیرند؛ بر این اساس و با توجه به تحولات نظام‌های آموزشی در قرن بیست و یکم و بروز بحران‌های تاثیر‌گذار بر سیستم‌های آموزشی از جمله بحران بیماری کووید 19، که یادگیری الکترونیکی را به الزامی بی‌بدیل در نظام آموزشی تبدیل ساخته است، این مطالعه به‌‌منظور تحلیل ساختارمند فرهنگ یادگیری الکترونیکی در نظام‌های آموزشی با رویکردی به بحران کووید 19 انجام گردید.

Structured Analysis of E-Learning Culture in Educational Systems: An Approach to the Covid Crisis 19 (Review)

Along with the rapid changes in techniques and skills and the emergence of new phenomena of information technology and their impact on lifestyles, the educational process has also changed. The globalization and advancement of information and communication technology, along with the increasing diversity of student characteristics and cultural diversity of users, has challenged educational institutions. Elearning culture refers to the use of new information and communication technologies in the organization, which in the form of a set of values, systems and organizational habits of the entire organization and individuals to continuously improve the rate. Supports and encourages knowledge, competence and performance. Success in elearning requires a change in learners’ perceptions and behaviors to change the development of the curriculum. The role of educationalcultural factors in designing and creating a learning environment, especially elearning, should be considered; Accordingly, and considering the changes in educational systems in the 21st century and the emergence of crises affecting educational systems, including the crisis of Covid 19 disease, which has made elearning an indispensable requirement in the educational system. This study was conducted to structurally analyze the culture of elearning in educational systems with an approach to the Covid 19 crisis.
