تاثیر زیر ساخت های دانش بر عملکرد نواورانه سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر زیر ساخت های دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه در سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات استان مازندران می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت جمع آوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه ی آماری، مدیران و کارکنان سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات می باشند. جهت انتخاب حجم نمونه از جدول کرجسی و مورگان استفاده و حجم نمونه 196 نفر انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه ی زیرساخت های دانش شکاری (2015)، و پرسش نامه ی عملکرد نوآورانه خاکزادیان(2020) استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار pls3 استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش، نشان داد که زیر ساخت های دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه در سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، با توجه به بار عاملی شان در بین سازه زیرساختهای مدیریت دانش سازه های فرهنگ، ساختار، فناوری، منابع مالی، فرایندها و افراد دارای بیشترین اهمیت و در بین سازه عملکرد نوآورانه سازه های رشد فروش، نوآوری های استراتژیکی، گرایش به نوآوری، سهم بازار، سرعت تصمیم گیری و ریسک پذیری دارای بیشترین اهمیت هستند.

The Impact of Knowledge Infrastructure on Innovative Performance of Information and Communications Technology Organizations

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of knowledge infrastructures on innovative performance in organizations based on information and communication technology in Mazandaran province. The present research is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study is all managers and employees of information and communication technology based organizations in Mazandaran province in year 2020. Morgan table was used to select the sample size and 196 people were selected by stratified random sampling. For data collection, Knowledge Infrastructure Questionnaire(2015), and Innovative Performance Questionnaire(2020) were used. Structural Equation Test was used for data analysis using PLS3 software. The results showed that knowledge infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance in organizations based on information and communication technology in Mazandaran province. Also, considering their factor loadings, among the structures of knowledge management infrastructure, organizational structures, organizational structure, technology, financial resources, processes and people are the most important ones. And among the innovative performance structures, sales growth, strategic innovations, increasing the tendency to innovate, surviving and increasing market share, decision making speed and increasing the willingness to take risks are the most important.
