شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثر بر مهارت‌های فن اورانه‌ی معلمین ابتدایی با استفاده از روش فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(ahp)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثر بر مهارت‌های فناورانه‌ی معلمین ابتدایی در شهر گرگان در سال تحصیلی 96-97 انجام شده است. روش پژوهش،توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری این تحقیق را خبرگان حوزه‌ی فناوری و معلمین مقطع ابتدایی شهرگرگان تشکیل می‌دهند. به‌منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها از فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp) استفاده شده است. با توجه به هدف پژوهش، فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی برای رتبه‌بندی مهارت‌های فناورانه‌ی معلمین روش مفیدی می‌باشد. به‌همین منظور پرسشنامه‌ای بر اساس طرح توماس الساعتی طراحی و پر شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه با نرخ ناسازگاری 0.04 مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. بنابراین در مقایسات زوجی، سازگاری وجود دارد. آنالیز داده‌ها با نرم افزارexpert choice انجام شده است. ‌یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در بین عوامل اصلی، عامل هدایت تحصیلی و شغلی دانش‌آموزان با وزن نسبی 0.24 در رتبه اول، عامل تعامل معلمین بادانش‌آموزان و والدین آنان با وزن نسبی0.23 در رتبه دوم و عامل طرحدرس الکترونیکی با وزن نسبی 0.22 در رتبه سوم اهمیت قرار دارند و در بین عوامل فرعی، عامل تعامل در سامانه توسط کادر مدرسه با وزن نسبی 0.10 رتبه اول، عامل حضور و غیاب به صورت هوشمند با وزن نسبی0.08 رتبه دوم و میزان انطباق اهداف سامانه‌های مدارس هوشمند با محتوای درس با وزن نسبی0.07رتبه سوم اهمیت را به خودشان اختصاص داده‌اند.

Identification and ranking of effective factors on technological skills of primary school teachers using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), case study: the city of Gorgan

This survey,has,been conducted,with the objective of identifying and ranking the effective factors on the technological skills of primary school teachers in the city of Gorgan in the educational year 20172018.The research methodology is descriptive survey type.The statistical population is the experts of IT,teachers of communicational sciences and primary school teachers in the city,of Gorgan.Data,analysis,was,done,by,analytic,hierarchy,process,(AHP).Considering the survey objective, the analytic hierarchy process has been a very useful method for ranking technological skills of teachers.For this purpose,a questionnaire according to Thomas,L. Totten’s design was prepared and filled. The questionnaire reliability was analyzed with the incompatibility rate of 0.04. Therefore,there,is compatibility in the paired comparisons.The data,was analyzed by the use of Expert Choice software.The findings show that out of the main factors,educational and occupational guidance of students with the relative weight of,0.234 is,at the,top, teachers’ interaction with,students and their parents with,0.231 is the second factor, and the electronic lesson design with,0.227 is the third important factor; and out of the minor factors,interaction in,the,system by,the school personnel,with the,relative weight,of 0.101 is,at,the first place, calling the roll by the smart method with,0.082 at the second place, and the compatibility level of the goals of smart schools’ electronic systems with,the,lesson,contents,with,0.073 is,in the third rank of importance.
