نقش میانجی سبک دلبستگی در رابطه بین تعارض کار-خانواده و افسردگی با دلزدگی زناشویی در افراد مبتلا به فشار خون

پیشگفتار: فشار خون بالا یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات در زمینه سلامت عموم است که جهان امروزی با آن روبرو است. یکی از حیطه‌هایی که در افراد مبتلا به فشار خون بالا تحت تاثیر قرار می‌گیرد، زندگی زناشویی است. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی سبک دلبستگی در رابطه بین تعارض کار-خانواده و افسردگی با دلزدگی زناشویی در افراد مبتلا به فشار خون است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمام افراد مبتلا به فشار خون که به بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز بهداشت شهر قم در سال 1400 مراجعه کردند، بود. حجم نمونه برای مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری 230 نفر تعیین شد که در نهایت با حذف پرسشنامه های ناقص، 214 پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش، روش نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه تعارض کار-خانواده carlson et al., 2000، پرسشنامه سبک‌های دلبستگی hazan & shaver, 1987، مقیاس دلزدگی زناشویی pines, 1996 و پرسشنامه افسردگی beck et al., 1996 بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و amos تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد همبستگی معناداری بین متغیرهای دلزدگی زناشویی، تعارض کار-خانواده و سبک دلبستگی وجود دارد. الگوی مدل‌یابی تحلیل مسیر نشان‌دهنده نقش میانجی‌گری سبک دلبستگی در رابطه بین تعارض کار-خانواده و افسردگی با دلزدگی زناشویی بود. نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان اینگونه بیان کرد که سبک دلبستگی یکی از مکانیسم‌هایی است که می‌توان با استفاده از آن، رابطه بین تعارض کار-خانواده و افسردگی با دلزدگی زناشویی را تبیین کرد.

the mediating role of attachment style in the relationship between work-family conflict and depression with marital burnout in people with hypertension

background: high blood pressure is one of the most important public health issues facing the world today. one of the areas that are affected in people with high blood pressure is marital life. objective: the purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of attachment style in the relationship between work-family conflict and depression with marital burnout in people with hypertension. method: the present research is applied in terms of purpose and correlation-based method based on structural equation modeling. the statistical population of this study was all people with hypertension who referred to hospitals in qom in 2021. the sample size was determined to model the structural equations of 230 people, and finally, by removing incomplete questionnaires, 214 questionnaires were analyzed. in this study, sampling method was available. data were collected using the work-family conflict questionnaire carlson et al., 2000, the attachment styles questionnaire hazan & shaver, 1987, the couple burnout scale pines, 1996 , and the depression inventory beck et al., 1996. data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and spss and amos software. findings: the results showed that there is a significant correlation between the variables of couple burnout, work-family conflict and attachment style. conclusion: the path analysis modeling model also showed the mediating role of attachment style in the relationship between work-family conflict and depression with couple burnout.
