تدوین برنامه مداخله روان-آموزشی مختص مادر‌آزاری و آزمون تاثیر آن بر مادرآزاری

والد­آزاری به‌عنوان یکی از اَشکال خشونت خانگی، همواره سلامت و کارآمدی نظام خانواده را که عنصر اصلی سازنده جامعه و مهم­ترین بخش آن محسوب می‌شود را تهدید می­کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین برنامه مداخله روان-آموزشی مختص مادر­آزاری و آزمون تاثیر آن بر مادرآزاری صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش، آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه بود؛ بنابراین سه نوجوان (دو دختر و یک پسر) و والدین آن­ها به شیوه در دسترس و در شهر دزفول انتخاب و برنامه طراحی‌شده‌ی مداخله در مادرآزاری را در 18 جلسه (9 جلسه برای نوجوان، 9 جلسه برای والدین و خانواده) دریافت کردند. مادران به‌تناسب جنسیت فرزند نوجوانشان به مقیاس والدآزاری (فرم پسران) (abbaspour et al., 2018) و مقیاس والدآزاری (دختر-مادر) (abbaspour et al., 2019)در مراحل خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری پاسخ دادند. داده­ها از طریق نمودار گرافیکی، تغییر شاخص پایا و درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند. میزان شاخص روایی محتوا (cvi) برای تمام هدف­ها در این مداخله 92/0 تا 1 و میزان نسبت روایی محتوا (cvr) برای تمامی هدف­ها در این مداخله 96/0 تا 1 بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، مداخله طراحی‌شده، منجر به کاهش معنادار نمرات آزمودنی­ها در مرحله درمان و پیگیری نسبت به مرحله خط پایه شده و بنابراین مداخله­ای موثر و معتبر است. بر اساس یافته­ها­ی به‌دست‌آمده، مشاوران خانواده و مشاوران کودک و نوجوان می­توانند از برنامه­ی مداخله در مادرآزاری به‌منظور بهبود تعاملات اعضای خانواده و همچنین درمان نوجوانان و خانواده­های درگیر فرایند مادرآزاری استفاده کنند.

development of a psycho-educational intervention program designed to mother abuse and its effectiveness on mother abuse

background: parent abuse, as one of the forms of domestic violence, always threatens the health and efficiency of the family system, which is considered the main element of society and its most important part. the present study was conducted to develop a psycho-educational intervention program for mother abuse and its effectiveness on mother abuse. objective: in this study, a multiple baseline single case experimental design was used. so, three adolescents (two girls and one boy) and their parents were selected by purposive sampling in dezful. method: the intervention in mother abuse program was developed and implemented in 18 sessions (nine sessions for adolescents and nine sessions for parents and family). the mothers responded to the parent abuse scale (boy version) (abbaspour et al., 2018) or parent abuse scale (girl-mother)(abbaspour et al., 2019) in stages of baseline, intervention, and follow-up based on the gender of their adolescent child. data were analyzed by visual analysis, reliable change index rci, and percent improvement formula. the content validity index (cvi) for all goals in this intervention was 0.92 to 1, and the content validity ratio (cvr) for all goals in this intervention was 0.96 to 1. findings: the results of the study showed that the designed intervention led to a significant decrease in the subjects' scores in the intervention and follow-up phase compared to the baseline phase, and therefore, it is an effective and valid intervention. conclusion: this research showed that family therapists and counselors of adolescents can use the intervention in mother abuse program to improve the family members' interactions and to help families engaged in mother abuse.
