اثربخشی زوج درمانی متمرکز بر خشونت خانگی در خشونت علیه زنان؛ مداخله در رابطۀ زوجین ناسازگار ساکن شهر اهواز

با توجه به اینکه خشونت یک مسئله جهانی است و همه اعضای خانواده را درگیر می کند و به‌نوعی بر کارکرد خانواده تاثیر می گذارد بسیار مهم است که بر روی راهبردهای درمانی موثر که می توانند نه‌تنها به خانواده بلکه به جامعه نیز کمک کند متمرکز شد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی متمرکز بر خشونت خانگی در خشونت علیه زنان؛ مداخله در رابطۀ زوجین ناسازگار  شهر اهواز است.  جامعه ی پژوهش شامل کلیه ی زوج های مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خصوصی و دولتی شهر اهواز سال 1397 است. نمونه ی پژوهش شامل 4 زوج (8 نفر) از افراد مراجعه کننده به این مراکز بوده که با توجه به پرسشنامه ی خشونت علیه زنان حاج یحیی، مقیاس سازگاری زوجی  و اقرار به خشونت فیزیکی وارد دوره درمان شدند. روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش نمونه گیری هدفمند بوده است از طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه ی چندگانه ی ناهم‌زمان استفاده‌شده است. پروتکل درمان در دو فاز 18 جلسه مداخله و 5 مرحله خط پایه و پیگیری اول 45 روزه و پیگیری دوم 3 ماهه در مورد تمام شرکت کننده ها اعمال شد. آزمودنی ها قبل از درمان و در جلسات 4-8-12-16-18 و پیگیری 45 روزه و 3 ماهه توسط پرسشنامه های مذکور مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. پاسخ داده ها به روش ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا و فرمول درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند. نمره‌های آزمودنی‌ها با درصد بهبودی کلی (55.54) در پایان درمان و درصد بهبودی کلی (56.78) و سطح معنی‌داری  (p<0.01)  بود. در پایان پیگیری نتایج نشان داد که: زوج‌درمانی خشونت خانگی  باعث کاهش خشونت علیه زنان شد.

The effectiveness of domestic violence–focused couple therapy on violence against women: Intervention in maladjusted couple relationships living in Ahvaz

Considering that violence is a global issue that affects all family members and somehow affects family functioning, it is important to focus on effective therapeutic strategies that can be applied not only to the family but also to the community Also help, focused. The purpose of this study was to determine The Effectiveness of Domestic violence–focused couple therapy on violence against women: intervention in maladjusted couples’ relationship living in Ahvaz. The research community includes all couples are referred to private and public counseling centers in Ahwaz in 1397. The sample consisted of 4 couples (8) of the persons referred to these centers have been fitted with regard to violence against women questionnaire Haj Yahya), the scale of adjustment test and the confession to physical violence to enter the course of treatment. Sampling method in this research, a purposeful sampling was used. A singlecase experimental design of a nonconcurrent multiple baseline designs was used. The treatment protocol was applied to the two phases of the 18 sessions of intervention and the 5 stages of the baseline and the first followup of 45 days and the second followup of 3 months for all participants. The subjects were evaluated before and after the treatment, at section 4, 8, 12, 14, 18 treatment and follow up of 45 days and 3 months the questionnaires were analyzed.  Data were analyzed using visual inspection, the improvement percentage formula and the reliable change index (RCI) strategies Subjects scored with total recovery (55.54) at the end of treatment and overall improvement (56.88) and significant level (P <0.01). At the end of the followup, the results showed that: the domestic violence couple therapy has been effective in reducing violence against women.
