بررسی مدل توسعه پایدار با محوریت سلامت خانواده و تاکید بر نقش وابستگی به مصرف مواد مخدر

گسترش چالش وابستگی به مصرف مواد مخدر سلامت خانواده و جامعه را به خطر انداخته و تاثیر سوئی نیز بر توسعه پایدار ایجاد نموده است. ازاین‌رو با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این پژوهش با هدف فراهم آوری مدل توسعه پایدار با محوریت سلامت خانواده و تاکید بر نقش وابستگی به مصرف مواد مخدر در چارچوب یک پژوهش اکتشافی توصیفی (پس رویدادی) و در دو مرحله کیفیکمی (آمیخته) انجام‌گرفته است. در روش کیفی، با استفاده از فن دلفی فازی 12 مولفه و 86 شناسه در ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی جهت تدوین مدل استخراج گردید و در روش کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای میان نمونه 201 نفری از مدیران، کارشناسان مبارزه با مواد مخدر استان تهران پخش گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن و آزمون t در نرم‌افزارهای spss22 و lisrel انجام گرفت. برآیندهای آزمون t نشان داد بیشترین تاثیر به ترتیب مربوط به ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی با میانگین 4.02 و 3.58 و 3.28 است. درباره مولفه‌ها و شناسه‌ها به ترتیب بیش‌ترین تاثیر مربوط به مولفه توانمندسازی خانواده با میانگین 4.24 و یکی از برجسته‌ترین شناسه‌ها به نام آموزش و توسعه مهارت‌های اجتماعی، مهارت زندگی و ارتباطی خانواده با میانگین 4.35 بوده است. از این‌رو این پژوهش به‌منظور شناخت بهتر پیامدهای وابستگی به مصرف مواد مخدر بر سلامت خانواده و توجه به این معضل در سند چشم‌انداز بیست‌ساله کشور و تاثیر تباهگر آن بر توسعه پایدار، می‌کوشد تا به با تکیه بر نقش خانواده به زدایش شکاف ایجادشده در راستای تحقق سوالات پژوهش راهکارهایی را ارائه نماید.

The survey on sustainable development model whit focusing on family health and emphasis on the role of drug dependence

The expansion of the problem of Drug dependence has many problems in family spheres, and has a devastating effect on sustainable development. So, the aim of this research is a sustainable development model in family health has been emphasized on the role of addiction in a descriptive (postevent) study and in combination. In the first step, by qualitative method and using Fuzzy Delphi technique, 12 component and 86 indicators were extracted in social, economic and environmental dimensions. In the second step, using a quantitative method and using a questionnaire, among senior managers, expert experts and Personnel of the Counter Narcotics Department of Tehran province, using the Cochran formula, 201 were considered. Structural validity, confirmatory factor analysis, normalization of data distribution (KolmogorovSmirnov test), Friedman test model rating and the study of the effects of components of sustainable development model on Drug dependence (ttest) were assessed using SPSS22 and LISREL57/8 software. As a result of ttest, the greatest impact is on social, economic and environmental dimensions whit an average 4/02, 3/58 & 3/28. Regarding the component and indices, greatest impact was on family empowerment component whit an average 4/28 and indicators of family social and life skills whit an average 4/35.Therefore, Therefore, in order to better understand the effects of Drug dependence on family health and attention to this problem in the 20 year vision document of the country and its destructive effect on sustainable development, this research tries to rely on the role of the family in resolving the gap created for research questions Provide solutions.
