اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های زندگی بر علائم بالینی شخصیت قربانیان جنسی

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های زندگی بر کاهش علائم بالینی شخصیت قربانیان سوءاستفاده جنسی. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی است که با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری اجراشده است. بدین منظور 30 نفر از مددجویان دختر، دارای سن بالای 18 سال و تحصیلات حداقل سیکل که تحت مراقبت مراکز بهزیستی مشهد بودند از طریق آزمودن غربالگری انتخاب و با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به دو گروه مساوی آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار مورداستفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های: قربانیان سوءاستفاده جنسی، مهارت های زندگی و چندمحوری بالینی میلون3 بود. گروه آزمایش طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای به مدت 5 هفته تحت مداخله آموزش مهارت های زندگی قرار گرفت، همچنین گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ی دریافت نکرد. داده ها با روش واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: الگوهای بالینی شخصیت قربانیان سوءاستفاده جنسی، در 3 بار اندازه‌گیری ( p<0.001) تفاوت معناداری را نشان دادند، همچنین بین دو گروه، بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. برنامه آموزش مهارت های زندگی تاثیر معنی داری بر کاهش علائم بالینی شخصیت قربانیان سوءاستفاده جنسی گذاشته است.

The Effectiveness of Life Skills Training On Clinical Symptoms of Personality of Sexual Abuse Victims

Purpose: The purpose of present research was to determine the effectiveness of life skills training on personality clinical symptom of sexual abuse victims#13;Method: This research is a semiexperimental study which was performed by pretest, posttest, followup design with control group. Participants were selected through the screening method which comprised 30 female clients over 18 years, low education and being held in welfare centers in Mashhad. Participants who got an above average score on questionnaires as follow: Sexual Victimization Questionnaire (SVQ), Life Skills Inventory (LSI), and Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory, 3th edition (MCMIIII) are eligible to join in groups. Then they were divided into two groups by simple random Sampling: experimental and control groups. The experimental group had been participated in 10 sessions (90 minutes) of life skills training for five weeks, while control group was in waiting list. Data were analyzed by using variance of repeated measures.#13;Findings: The results of this study revealed that a significant differences of clinical symptom of sexual abuse victims in three stages at (P amp;lt;0/001) level. Furthermore significant differences between two groups after intervention were observed. According to results of this study, life skills training had significant effect on reducing personality clinical symptom of Sexual abuse victims.
