اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج به روش سیمبیس بر تمایزیافتگی، نگرش‌ها و انتظارات زناشویی در بین دختران مجرد دانشگاه هرمزگان

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج با روش سیمبیس بر تمایزیافتگی، نگرش‌ها و انتظارات زناشویی در بین دختران مجرد دانشگاه هرمزگان انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمونپس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را دختران مجرد دانشگاه هرمزگان تشکیل می‌دادند؛ از بین کسانی که نمرات کمتری در مولفه‌های تمایزیافتگی، نگرش‌ها و انتظارات زناشویی گرفتند، 32 نفر به‌شیوۀ در دسترس انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارش شدند (هر گروه شامل 16 آزمودنی). پرسشنامۀ انتظار از ازدواج نلسون و جونز، تمایزیافتگی اسکورن و نگرش به ازدواج روزن و براتن، و نیز هشت جلسه آموزش مبتنی بر سیمبیس، ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه بودند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که 1) آموزش پیش از ازدواج با استفاده از مدل سیمبیس هم بر تمایزیافتگی، نگرش زناشویی و انتظارات زناشویی و هم بر واکنش‌پذیری، گریز عاطفی و هم‌آمیختگی با دیگران و انتظار بدبینانه تاثیر معناداری داشت، اما بر جایگاه من، انتظار واقع‌بینانه و ایده‌آل‌گرایانه تاثیر معناداری نداشت؛ 2) اثربخشی قبل از ازدواج مبتنی بر مدل سیمبیس بر نگرش زناشویی، انتظارات زناشویی، واکنش‌پذیری عاطفی، گریز عاطفی، هم‌آمیختگی با دیگران و انتظار بدبینانه را تا مرحلۀ پیگیری سه ماه حفظ کرد، در حالی که چنین تاثیرهایی در تمایزیافتگی تا مرحلۀ پیگیری تداوم مشاهده نشد.بنابراین با توجه به محتوای این برنامه، آموزش پیش از ازدواج در افزایش تمایزیافتگی، بهبود نگرش‌ جوانان وکاهش انتظارات بدبینانه قبل از ازدواج موثر است.

The effectiveness of premarital education base of SYMBIS model on the differentiation of self , marital attitudes and expectations in Single girls in University of Hormozgan

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of SYMBISbased premarital training on marital differentiation, attitudes, and expectations among single girls of Hormozgan University.;Method: This study was quasiexperimental research, pretestposttest design with a control group. The statistical population consisted of single girls of Hormozgan University those who scored lower on differentiation components, attitudes, and marital expectations, 32 people were selected through convenient sampling method, randomly assigned to experimental, and control groups (each group consisting of 16 subjects). The Nelson and Jones Marriage Expectation Scale, Skowron Differentiation, and Braaten Rosén Marital Attitudes Scale Questionnaire were used to collecting data. We performed an 8session SYMBISbased premarital training in experimental group.;Findings: The findings showed that 1) SYMBISbased premarital training had a significant effect on differentiation, marital attitudes, and marital expectations, as well as on emotional reactivity, cutoff, and fusion with others and pessimistic expectation, but it did not have a significant effect on I position , Realistic and idealistic expectation; 2) SYMBISbased premarital training had a significant effect on marital attitudes and marital expectations, emotional reactivity, cutoff, and fusion with others in follow up phase, but it did not have a significant effect on differentiation in follow up. Therefore, according to the content of this intervention, it can be used in promoting differentiation, improving youth attitudes, and reducing pessimistic expectations before marriage.
