اثربخشی رویکرد بوئن بر ارتقاء تمایزیافتگی خود و رضایت زناشویی در زنان ترک و ترکمن

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی رویکرد سیستمی بوئن بر ارتقاء تمایزیافتگی خود و رضایت زناشویی در زنان دو قوم ترک و ترکمن در شهرستان بجنورد.روش: شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه شامل 150 نفر از زنان ترک و ترکمن مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان تامین اجتماعی شهر بجنورد بود که در هر کدام از گروه های ترک و ترکمن 75 نفر قرار گرفتند و از این میان در هر یک از گروه های آزمایش و کنترل به ترتیب 8 و 7 نفر گمارش شدند. گروه های آزمایش 8 جلسه آموزش سیستمی بوئن را دریافت کردند و به گروه های کنترل هیچ مداخله ای ارائه نشد. قبل و بعد از اجرای مداخله پرسشنامۀ «رضایت زناشویی» و «تمایزیافتگی» توسّط گروه های نمونه تکمیل شد.یافته ها: آموزش سیستمی بوئن بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی و تمایزیافتگی زنان ترک و ترکمن دارای اثر معنی دار بوده است، امّا در میزان اثربخشی آن تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد. یافته های پژوهش مویّد این مهم است که آموزش رویکرد سیستمی بوئن باعث افزایش تمایزیافتگی و رضایت زناشویی گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل می گردد.

The Effectiveness of Bowen &aposs Approach on Self Differentiation and Marital Satisfaction among Turkish and Turkmen Women

Purpose: The aim of this study is investigating the effectiveness of Bowen Systemic Approach to promoting selfdifferentiation and marital satisfaction among Tork and Turkmen women.Method: The design of this study is quasiexperimental with a pretestposttest control group design. The participants included 150 Turkish and Turkmen women who were clients of TaeminEjtemaei Hospital of Bojnord. They were randomly assigned to two groups of experimental and control groups with 8 and 7 members. The experimental group received 8 sessions of transactional of Bowen while the control group was not offered any intervention. Before and after the intervention, "Marital satisfaction " and "differentiation " questionnaire was completed by the participants.Findings: Bowen &aposs system education has a significant effect on marital satisfaction and the distinction between Turkish and Turkmen women. But there is no significant difference in regard to effectiveness. The findings also confirmed that the training of the Bowen system approach improves the marital differentiation and satisfaction in the experimental group.
