شایستگی‎های کانونی مربی تربیت جنسی

مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی شایستگی‎های کانونی مربیان تربیت جنسی طراحی گردید و جهت تعیین شایستگی‎های کانونی، از روش پنج مرحله‎ای بیهام و مایر، بهره گرفته شد. جامعه ی پژوهش حاضر، کلیه متخصصان تربیت جنسی و مربیان عفاف‎گرایی و تربیت جنسی شهر مشهد، در نظر گرفته شدند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، مورد گزینش قرار گرفتند و مصاحبه نیمه‎ساختار یافته و پرسش‌نامه، ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش بودند. با بررسی ادبیات و آرای صاحب‏نظران و منابع علمی مختلف در خصوص شایستگی‎های کانونی مربیان و یافته‎های حاصل از مصاحبه‎ها و پرسش‌نامه‎ها، فهرستی مشتمل بر 785 مفهوم استخراج و گردآوری گردید و مفاهیم به‎دست آمده در قالب 109 مقوله دسته‏بندی شدند. پس از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های به‎دست آمده، شایستگی‎های مربیان تربیت جنسی در قالب 16 مضمون و پنج محور قرار گرفتند. مضامین رابطه ی مربی با خدا، رابطه ی مربی با خود و رابطه ی مربی با دیگران، در محور ویژگی‏های پایه ی مورد نیاز مربی جای گرفتند. مبانی تربیت جنسی، غرب و تربیت جنسی و مفهوم ‏‏شناسی امر جنسی در محور مباحث نظری مورد نیاز مربی، گنجانده شدند. مضامین مربوط به محور تبیین و توصیف آسیب‏های جنسی، زمینه‎‏‏سازهای فساد جنسی، آسیب‌شناسی جنسی و پیامدهای منفی ناشی از آسیب‏های جنسی، معرفی شدند. مضمون باور‏های اساسی در محور باور‏های مورد نیاز در تربیت جنسی و مضامین سواد رسانه‏ای، چگونگی پاسخگویی به سوالات و شبهات نوجوانان، مهارت پیشگیری و مواجهه صحیح با سوءاستفاده جنسی، مواجهه با پدیده خودارضایی، روان‏شناسی مسائل جنسی و توانایی به‏کارگیری راهبردها و راهکارهای خویشتنداری جنسی نوجوانان نیز، در محور مهارت‏های مورد نیاز برای مربی تربیت جنسی قرار گرفتند.

Keycompetencies Sexual Education Coach

The present paper was designed to identify the key competencies of sexual education coaches. To determine the key competencies, the fivestep Byham & Moyer method was used. The present study population included all education specialists, sex education specialists, and Continence and sex education specialists’ educators in Mashhad. They were selected by targeted sampling method. A Semistructured interview and questionnaire were used to collect data. By studying the literature and opinions of scholars and various scientific sources about the competencies of the coaches, and the findings of the interviews and questionnaires, a list of 785 concepts was extracted and collected, and then the concepts were classified into 109 categories. After analyzing the data, the competencies of sexual education coaches were divided into 16 themes and 5 axes.  The themes of “the coach's relationship with God”, “the coach's relationship with himself” and “the coach's relationship with others”, were placed in the core of the basic characteristics of the coach. “The Foundations of sexual education”, “the West and sexual education”, “the sexualconceptualization”, were included in the center of the theoretical issues needed by the coach. Also themes related to the axis of explanation and description of sexual harm “the underlying instruments of sexual corruption”, “sexual pathology” and “the negative consequences of sexual injuries” were introduced. The Themes “of basic beliefs” in the axis of the beliefs needed in sexual education and the Themes “of media literacy”, “how to answer the questions and doubts of adolescents”, “the prevention and exposure skills of sexual abuse”, “exposure to masturbation phenomena”, “sexual psychology” and “The ability to apply adolescent continence strategies and solutions” was also at the axes of the skills needed for the Coach of sexual education.
