بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه های دانشگاه های شهر بیرجند با دیدگاه آنان در خصوص جو کارآفرینی در کتابخانه (1393)

هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه های دانشگاه های شهر بیرجند با دیدگاه آنان در خصوص جو کارآفرینی در کتابخانه (1393) انجام شده است. روش: در این مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی، کلیه کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های شهر بیرجند در سال 1393 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها فرم مشخصات جمعیت شناختی (جنس، سن، سطح تحصیلات، رشته تحصیلی، سابقه خدمت و دانشگاه محل خدمت) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 77 سوالی بود. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 5 نفر از اعضاء هیات علمی کتابداران مورد قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 94/0 به‌دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss 15 و آزمونهای آماری t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، تعقیب رنج توکی، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0≥p مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: از 46 کتابدار مورد مطالعه، 15 نفر (6/32 درصد) مذکر و 31 نفر (4/67 درصد) مونث بودند. میانگین نمره دیدگاه کتابداران در خصوص انجام اقداماتی در زمینه کارآفرینی در کتابخانه محل خدمت در خانم ها نسبت به آقایان، در کتابداران کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری نسبت به کتابداران دیپلم و کاردانی و نیز در کتابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی نسبت به کتابداران دانشگاه های بیرجند، پیام نور، آزاد، فرهنگیان و صنعتی به‌طور معناداری بیشتر بود. (05/0>p ) میانگین نمره دیدگاه کتابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در خصوص نظام پاداش در کتابخانه نسبت به دیدگاه کتابداران دانشگاه بیرجند به‌طور معناداری بیشتر بود (03/0=p). بین ویژگی شخصیتی آینده نگری با جو کارآفرینی در کتابخانه ها رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و این ویژگی میتواند حدود 9 درصد متغیر روحیه کارآفرینی در کتابخانه ها را تبیین کند. Investigating the Relationship between the Personality Characteristics of the Librarians Working in the Libraries of Birjand Universities and their Attitudes toward Entrepreneurship in Libraries (2014)

Purpose:This article aims to investigate the relationship between the personality characteristics of the librarians who are working in the libraries of Birjand Universities and their attitudes toward entrepreneurship in libraries (2014). Methodology: In this descriptiveanalytic study which was of the correlation type, all the librarians who were working in the libraries of Birjand Universities in 2014 were included . The data collection included demographic forms (gender, age, level of education, field of study, work experience, and the service location) as well as a researchermade questionnaire including 77 questions. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by five faculty members of librarians and its reported reliability was 0.94 using Chronbach 's alpha. The data were analyzed using SPSS 15 software as well as the statistical tests of ttest, oneway variance analysis, Tokay followup range, Pearson correlation, and regression at the significance level of p≤0/05. Findings:Of 46 librarians under study, 15 cases were male (%32.6) and 31 cases were female (%67.4). The mean score of the librarians attitudes regarding actions in the field of entrepreneurship in libraries was significantly higher in women compared to men. Besides, BA, MA, and doctoral librarians had a higher mean compared to those with diploma and associate degrees. Finally, the librarians of university of medical sciences outperformed Birjand, PayameNour, Azad, Farhangian, and Industrial Universities (p <0.05). The mean score of the librarians attitudes in the university of medical sciences regarding the reward system in library was significantly higher compared to the librarians attitudes in Birjand University (p=0.03). There was a significant and positive relationship between the prospective personal characteristic and entrepreneurship in the libraries accounting for %9 of entrepreneurial spirit in libraries (p=0.05).
