نظریه مرجع شیالی راماریتا رانگاناتان در گذر زمان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نظریه مرجع رانگاناتان و ماندگاری آن درگذر زمان انجام گرفته است. روش: روش پژوهش، روش مروری است و آثار رانگاناتان و منابعی که در آنها از دیدگاه و نظر وی در خصوص مرجع و خدمات مرجع استفاده شده، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها: از یافته‌های این پژوهش، آشنایی با نظریه مرجع رانگاناتان و پژوهش‌های انجام گرفته در این زمینه است. دیدگاه‌های رانگاناتان در خصوص مرجع و خدمات مرجع، مورد توجه پژوهشگران در زمینه‌های مختلف از جمله بازاریابی و طراحی وب و ... قرار گرفته است و بعد گذشت سال‌ها از اعلام آنها توسط رانگاناتان هنوز از کارآیی لازم برخوردار هستند و قالب‌هایی نو از آنها عرضه شده‌اند. نتیجه: بررسی‌ها و مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که پنج قانون رانگاناتان هنوز هم در مسائل نوین اطلاعات و کتابخانه کارآمد بوده و در این مقاله بر این مساله تاکید شده است که دیدگاه رانگاناتان در خصوص مرجع و خدمات مرجع مجدد مورد توجه قرار گرفته و در عرصه کتابخانه از آنها حمایت شود.

Shiyali Ramamri taRanganathan 's Reference Theory in the course of Time

Purpose: This research has done in order to study Ranganathan 's reference theory and its durability throughout the time . Methodology: The method of this research was the review method to study and investigate Ranganathan 's works and the related literature that used his view and theory in the reference and the reference services. Findings: The results of the study is about introducing Ranganathan ' reference theory and doing research in this field. Besides, this research shows us how researchers have applied Ranganathan 's view about the reference and the reference services in various fields, for example, in marketing, web design, etc. After years of their declaration by Ranganathan, they are still efficient. Studies show that the five laws of Ranganathan are still efficient in the library and new information affairs. This paper emphasizes on Ranganathan theory in the reference and the reference services along with suporting them in the field of library.
