طراحی الگوی توسعه پایدار سازمانی در کتابخانه های دانشگاهی و پژوهشگاهی بر مبنای استفاده از فناوری زنجیره بلوکی (بلاک چین)

مقدمه و اهداف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی توسعه پایدار سازمانی مبتنی بر قابلیت‌های فناوری زنجیره بلوکی (بلاک‌چین) در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگاه‌های زیر نظر وزارت عتف (علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری) است.روش‌ها: روش تحقیق ترکیبی بوده که طی دو مرحله (مرحله اول به‌صورت کیفی و گام دوم به شکل کمی) و با اهداف توسعه‌ای، کاربردی اجرا شده است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، کتابخانه‌ای و در بخش کمی، میدانی بوده به‌طوری‌که ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، اسناد و منابع کتابخانه‌ای و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر متشکل از دو گروه شامل مدیران کتابخانه‌ای و متخصصان حوزه فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در کشور بوده که تعداد آن 114 نفر تعیین شد.یافته‌ها: نتیجه بیانگر آن است که سه شاخص ساختار مدیریتی، ساختار فرهنگی اجتماعی و عدالت سازمانی از بین شاخص‌های زمینه اصلی زیرساخت‌های رشد و توسعه سازمانی با اثرگذاری بالای 60 درصد به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های مربوط به تاثیر فناوری زنجیره بلوکی (بلاک‌چین) در روند شکل‌گیری الگوی توسعه پایدار سازمانی کتابخانه‌ها شناخته شدند. طی ترسیم الگوی مورد نظر، مولفه‌های زیرساخت‌های رشد و توسعه سازمانی؛ اقتصاد سازمانی و توسعه منابع انسانی به‌عنوان مولفه‌های اصلی توسعه پایدار سازمانی کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی و پژوهشگاهی و در مورد شاخص‌های بلاک‌چین، معیارهای توسعه فناوری و زیرساخت‌های فناوری بلاک‌چین با داشتن زیرمجموعه‌های مربوطه، به‌عنوان مولفه‌های اصلی زنجیره بلوکی مشخص شدند. بر مبنای تحلیل داده‌ها، به‌جز دو مولفه شفافیت اطلاعات با سطح معناداری (p=0/666)؛ و مولفه ساختار فرهنگی اجتماعی با سطح معناداری (p=0/679)؛ تمامی مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های دو عامل توسعه پایدار سازمانی و فناوری بلاک‌چین با سطح معناداری (p<0/05) مورد تایید متخصصان قرار گرفتند.بحث و نتیجه گیری:  با جمع‌بندی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، الگوی توسعه پایدار سازمانی متشکل از 5 شاخص اصلی زیرساخت‌های رشد و توسعه سازمانی، اقتصاد سازمانی، توسعه منابع انسانی، توسعه فناوری و زیرساخت‌های فناوری بلاک‌چین در کتابخانه به دست آمد که هرکدام از این شاخص‌ها دارای زیر شاخص‌هایی هستند که در الگو مشخص می‌باشند. به‌کارگیری زیرمجموعه‌های هرکدام از این شاخص‌ها تاثیر بسیار شگرفی بر توسعه پایدار سازمانی کتابخانه‌ها خواهد داشت و باب نوینی به روی فعالیت‌های امروز کتابخانه‌ها و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی خواهد گشود. ازآنجاکه کتابخانه‌ها در امر خدمات‌رسانی به کاربران امروزی، ناگزیر از استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین هستند مناسب‌تر است که از این فناوری‌ها در جهت توسعه پایدار کتابخانه‌ها بهره‌مند شوند. اگر چنانچه کتابخانه‌ها خود را ملزم و موظف به استفاده از تمام یا حداقل بخشی از مولفه‌های مذکور در پژوهش حاضر نمایند، در بازه زمانی کوتاه‌مدت، نتایج شگرف توسعه پایدار سازمانی را دریافت خواهند کرد.اصالت: در حوزه توسعه پایدار سازمانی پژوهش‌های مختلف با رویکردهای گوناگون انجام شده است. هرچند در ارتباط با موضوع فناوری بلک‌چین پژوهش‌های زیادی در داخل کشور انجام شده، اما در حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی پژوهش مستقلی که دقیقا بر موضوع ارتباط بلاک‌چین و کتابداری باشد تاکنون انجام نگرفته و پژوهش حاضر از این منظر می‌تواند طلیعه‌دار ورود بلاک‌چین در حوزه کتابداری باشد.

designing a model of sustainable organizational development in university and research libraries based on the use of block chain technology

introduction: today, the issue of development, particularly sustainable development, has become a prominent topic of discussion across nations worldwide. sustainable development drives the advancement of cultural, social, economic, technological, international, and environmental indicators, fostering continuous growth. research institute libraries, as key organizations within a nation, play a critical role in preserving and utilizing vast amounts of unique information resources, including printed and non-printed materials, research projects, and databases. the scientific future, progress, and development of a country are significantly influenced by the scientific and research activities of these institutes, as well as the services they provide. consequently, it is imperative to conduct comprehensive research on sustainable development within these libraries to ensure they remain aligned with both national and international institutional sustainable development agendas. furthermore, university libraries, often regarded as the central hubs of academic institutions, are tasked with delivering the highest quality, most efficient, and up-to-date scientific and research services to their users, including professors and students. to achieve the goals of sustainable development, it is essential to equip these libraries with modern technologies. this integration of advanced tools and systems will enable them to meet the evolving demands of their users while contributing to broader sustainable development objectives. the primary aim of this research is to design an organizational sustainable development model that leverages the capabilities of blockchain technology. this model is intended for implementation in university libraries and research institutes under the jurisdiction of the ministry of science, research, and technology. by harnessing the potential of blockchain, these institutions can enhance their operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and foster innovation, thereby supporting the overarching goals of sustainable development.methodology: the research employs a mixed-methods approach, comprising both qualitative and quantitative components. this study is classified as applied research. data collection in the qualitative phase was conducted through a library-based method, while the quantitative phase utilized a survey method. information in the qualitative phase was gathered through the meticulous examination of textual documents and resources. specifically, the meta-synthesis method was applied to extract indicators and components related to the two variables of sustainable development and blockchain technology. in the quantitative phase, the delphi method was utilized, involving a structured questionnaire designed to &identify& and &screen& the most critical indicators, as evaluated by experts. consequently, the delphi panel was ultimately established with the participation of 114 individuals. .findings: according to the derived model, achieving sustainable organizational development in libraries through blockchain technology necessitates the consideration of five primary indicators of organizational growth and development infrastructure. these indicators include organizational economy, human resource development, technology development, and blockchain technology infrastructure in libraries, each of which is further delineated by specific sub-indices. the results indicate that these components encompass the infrastructure for organizational growth and development, organizational economy, and human resource development. furthermore, with respect to the components of blockchain technology, the findings highlight technology development and blockchain technological infrastructure as critical elements. in the proposed model, the primary indicators for sustainable organizational development in libraries are categorized into three key areas: organizational development infrastructure, organizational economics, and human resource development. additionally, the model identifies blockchain-specific indicators, which include technology development and blockchain technology infrastructure.discussion and conclusion: in summary, the findings have led to the development of an organizational sustainable development model comprising five key indicators: organizational growth and development infrastructure, organizational economy, human resource development, technology development, and blockchain technology infrastructure in libraries. each of these primary indicators is further delineated by specific sub-indicators outlined within the model. the implementation of these sub-indicators is expected to significantly enhance the organizational sustainable development of libraries, paving the way for transformative advancements in the operations of libraries and information centers. given the increasing necessity for libraries to adopt modern technologies in delivering services to contemporary users, leveraging these technologies is essential for fostering sustainable development within the sector. by committing to the integration of all or even a subset of the components identified in this study, libraries can achieve substantial outcomes in organizational sustainable development within a relatively short timeframe. this approach not only aligns with the evolving demands of the digital age but also positions libraries to remain relevant and effective in their mission to serve communities.originality/value: in the realm of sustainable organizational development, numerous studies have been conducted employing diverse methodologies. while extensive research has been undertaken within the country on the subject of blockchain technology, particularly within the field of information science, there remains a notable gap in independent research specifically addressing the intersection of blockchain technology and librarianship. from this perspective, the present study serves as a pioneering effort, potentially paving the way for the integration of blockchain technology into the field of librarianship. the findings of this research underscore several critical requirements for leveraging blockchain technology to foster sustainable development in libraries. these include the formulation of a new library policy that incorporates both sustainable development and blockchain components; the implementation of in-service training programs for librarians and staff; the recruitment of specialized and experienced human resources; and the prioritization of library activities in the application of an organizational sustainable development model. these measures are essential for harnessing the potential of blockchain technology to achieve sustainable development within library systems.
