نقش شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی در تسهیم دانش و تعامل دانشجویان در آموزش عالی (موردمطالعه: دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه پیام نور)

مقدمه: با توجه به نقش شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی در فرایند تسهیم دانش و برقراری ارتباط بین گروه ها و اجتماعات بشری، این تحقیق به بررسی تاثیر استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی و ابعاد تئوری سرمایه اجتماعی، بر تسهیم دانش و تعامل دانشجویان پرداخته است.روش شناسی: این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است که به‌روش توصیفی صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق از تئوری سرمایه اجتماعی به‌عنوان بنیادی نظری جهت بررسی روابط بین استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی در دانشگاه ها، تسهیم دانش و تعامل دانشجویان استفاده نموده است. نمونه آماری تحقیق 303 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه پیام نور استان فارس در سال 1400 می باشند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه کورانتنگ و همکاران (2019) می باشد. متغیر های مستقل پژوهش شامل شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی و تئوری سرمایه اجتماعی (شامل ابعاد: ساختاری، رابطه ای و ادراکی)، متغیر واسطه تسهیم دانش و متغیر وابسته تحقیق تعامل دانشجویان می باشد. روایی محتوایی با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و پایایی با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب آلفای تمامی گویه ها به تایید رسیدند. به‌منظور بررسی فرضیه های تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردیده است. نرم افزار مورد کاربرد اس پی اس اس ویرایش 23 می باشد.یافته ها: براساس یافته های تحقیق، مقدار معناداری ارتباط بین شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی، تسهیم دانش و تعامل دانشجویان به ترتیب t = 8.00 و t = 9.35 است؛ بنابراین در هر دو مورد رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. مقدار معناداری حاصل از تاثیر ابعاد ساختاری، رابطه ای و ادراکی تئوری سرمایه اجتماعی بر تسهیم دانش به ترتیب 3.67، 2.06 و 3.45 به‌دست‌آمده است که همگی تاییدکننده تاثیر مثبت و معنادار ابعاد تئوری سرمایه اجتماعی بر تسهیم دانش می باشند. مقدار معناداری رابطه تسهیم دانش و تعامل دانشجویی (9.45=t) تاییدکننده وجود رابطه معناداری بین تسهیم دانش و تعامل دانشجویی می باشد.نتیجه گیری: حضور در شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی موجب ارتقاء تمایل دانشجویان به اشتراک دانش می گردد. تمایل به اشتراک دانش تعامل دانشجویان در فعالیت های فردی و گروهی را افزایش می دهد. از سوی دیگر مطابق با تئوری تعامل، هر چه دانشجویان تعامل بیشتری با آموزش داشته باشند در این صورت نتایج یادگیری آنها بیشتر می‌شود.

The Role of Virtual Social Networks in Knowledge Sharing and Student Interaction in Higher Education (A Case Study in the Postgraduate Students of Payame Noor University)

Introduction: Due to the role of virtual social networks in the process of knowledge sharing and to make contact between groups and human communities, this study examines the impact of use of virtual social networks and dimensions of social capital theory on knowledge sharing and student interaction.Methodology: This research is of applied type that was conducted by using descriptive method. In this research, from social capital theory has been used as a theoretical foundation to examine the relationships between the use of virtual social networks in universities, knowledge sharing and students’ interaction. The statistical sample of the research is 303 Postgraduate students of Payame Noor University of Fars province in 1400. The data collection tool is Guranting et al. (2019) questionnaire. Independent research variables include virtual social networks and social capital theory (dimensions including: structural, relational and perceptual), the intermediate variable is knowledge sharing and the dependent variable is student interaction research. content validity (Confirmatory factor analysis) and reliability (computing the coefficient of Cronbach’sa for all items) were adopted. In order to investigate of research hypotheses, the structural equation model has been used. The software used is SPSS Version 23.Findings: Based on the research findings, the significant values of the relationship between virtual social networks, knowledge sharing and students’ interaction respectively are t = 8.00 and t = 9.35. Therefore, in both cases, there is a positive and significant relationship. Significant values obtained from the effect of structural, relational and perceptual dimensions of social capital theory on knowledge sharing were obtained 3.67, 2.06 and 3.45, respectively, which all confirm the positive and significant effect of social capital theory dimensions on knowledge sharing. The significant value of the relationship of knowledge sharing and students’ interaction (t = 9.45) confirms the existence of a significant relationship between knowledge and student interaction.Conclusion: Presence in virtual social networks promotes students’ desire to share knowledge. The desire to knowledge sharing increases students’ interaction in individual and group activities. On the other hand, according to interaction theory, Whatever students interact with education will be more, their learning outcomes will be more.
