تحلیل عوامل موثر بر فعالیت‌های داوطلبانه با تاکید بر مدل مفهومی oh (2017): مطالعه موردی در کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان کرمانشاه

مقدمه: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل عوامل موثر بر انجام فعالیت های داوطلبانه، رضایتمندی، استمرار فعالیت ها و وفاداری داوطلبان در کتابخانه های عمومی استان کرمانشاه است.روش‌شناسی‌: پژوهش حاضر، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را داوطلبان فعالیت در کتابخانه های عمومی استان کرمانشاه تشکیل دادند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد اوه (2017) مشتمل بر 53 آیتم استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها، از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی، رگرسیون خطی ساده و چندگانه استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها نشان داد که کارکردهای داوطلب شدن، تجربه داوطلبان، حمایت و پشتیبانی از آنان بر رضایتمندی داوطلبان تاثیرگذار است و همچنین بر استمرار فعالیت های آن ها و وفاداری آنان تاثیر معنی داری و مثبتی دارند.نتیجه‌: در میان کارکردهای داوطلب شدن کارکردهای درک/پیشرفت، شغل، اجتماعی بودن، ارزش و حفاظتی به ترتیب دارای بیشترین میانگین بودند و میانگین همه آن ها بزرگ تر از مقدار متوسط بود. این نشان می دهد که انگیزه اصلی داوطلبان کتابخانه های عمومی تسهیل در رشد شخصی و درک دیگران است.

Analysis of Factors Affecting Voluntary Activities with Emphasis on the Conceptual Model of Oh (2017): a Case Study in Public Libraries of Kermanshah Province

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting voluntary activities, satisfaction, and continuation will of volunteering and loyalty of volunteers in public libraries of Kermanshah province.Methodology: The present research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivecorrelational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study includes volunteers working in public libraries of Kermanshah province. The Oh (2017) standard questionnaire with 53 items is used to collect data. In order to analyze the data, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple linear regression tests were used.Findings: The research findings showed that the functions of volunteering, volunteer experience, and support for volunteers affect volunteers’ satisfaction. Moreover, these variables have a positive and significant effect on the continuation will of their activities and their loyalty.Conclusion: Among the functions of volunteering, the functions including perception/progress, job, sociality, value, and protection had the highest mean, respectively, and the mean of all of them was higher than the average value. This means that the main motivation for public library volunteers is to facilitate personal growth and understanding of others.
