کارآفرینی در کتابخانه‌های عمومی: مروری بر مطالعات انجام شده با روش فراترکیب

هدف: با توجه به نقش کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی در توسعه کارآفرینی، پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا به تحلیل مطالعاتی که در این زمینه انجام شده بپردازد و با مقایسه پژوهش های ایرانی و جهانی در این حوزه، زمینه برای شناسایی شکاف‌‌ها و خلاهای پژوهش‌های داخلی فراهم شود.روش‌شناسی: مراحل اجرای پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش فراترکیب صورت گرفت. بدین منظور، پژوهش‌‌های مرتبط در پایگاه‌‌های بین‌‌المللی به زبان انگلیسی و پایگاه‌‌های داخلی به زبان فارسی بدون در نظر گرفتن محدودیت زمانی مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. جهت ارزیابی کیفیت آثار گزینش شده، از چک‌لیست casp استفاده گردید. در نهایت، 101 پایان‌‌نامه و مقاله (71 اثر به زبان انگلیسی و 30 اثر به زبان فارسی) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.یافته‌‌ها: در سطح بین‌‌المللی، گرایش موضوعی پژوهش‌‌ها به‌سوی حوزه «خدمات اطلاعاتی کارآفرینانه» و در ایران به‌سمت محور «کارآفرینی سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، خلاقیت و نوآوری سازمانی» بوده است. رویکرد غالب در پژوهش‌‌های بین‌‌المللی کیفی بوده و بیش‌‌تر از روش سندی کتابخانه‌‌ای و اسناد و مدارک پیشین برای تحلیل این مطالعات استفاده شده است. در مقابل، تاکید مطالعات داخلی بر استفاده از رویکرد کمّی و روش پیمایشی بوده و استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه را مبنای تحلیل خود قرار داده اند. عمده‌‌ترین پژوهش‌‌های انجام شده در سطح ملی و بین‌‌المللی در قالب مقاله منتشر شده در نشریات هستند و توسط یک نویسنده نگارش یافته‌‌اند.نتیجه گیری‌: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌‌تواند زمینه را برای کمک به توسعه پژوهش در این حوزه و رفع مشکلات کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی در راستای ارائه خدمات نوآورانه و کارآفرینانه و درنتیجه رفع مشکل بیکاری و به‌تبع آن توسعه اقتصادی جامعه فراهم سازد.

Entrepreneurship in Public Libraries: A Review of Studies Using the Meta-Synthesis Method

Introduction: Considering the role of public libraries in entrepreneurship development, the present study intends to analyze the studies conducted in this field and by comparing Iranian and international researches in this field, to provide a basis for identifying gaps in domestic research.Methodology: The steps of the present study were performed using the metasynthesis method. For this purpose, related researches were searched in international databases in English and domestic databases in Persian without considering the time limit. The CASP checklist was used to evaluate the quality of the selected works. Finally, 101 dissertations and articles (71 works in English and 30 works in Persian) were reviewed.Findings: At the international level, the thematic orientation of research has been towards the field of &entrepreneurial information services& and in Iran towards the axis of &organizational entrepreneurship, organizational culture, creativity and organizational innovation&. The dominant approach in international research is qualitative and most of the documentlibrary method and previous documents have been used to analyze these studies. In contrast, the emphasis of internal studies is on the use of quantitative approach and survey method and the use of questionnaire tools is the basis of their analysis. Most major national and international research is in the form of an article published in a journal and written by an author.Conclusion: The results of this study can provide the basis for helping to develop research in this field and solve the problems of public libraries in order to provide innovative and entrepreneurial services and thus solve the problem of unemployment and consequently the economic development of society.
