بررسی کمی و کیفی وضعیت نام‌ کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران

مقدمه: نام‌گذاری به‌عنوان یک پدیده زبانی، منتقل‌کننده معانی توصیفی، بیانی و اجتماعی است. کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران نیز به جهت کارکردهای اطلاع‌رسانی، آموزشی و فرهنگی به‌صورت گسترده دارای شعبه‌هایی در کشور هستند که هریک دارای نام هستند و نام‌گذاری صحیح آن‌ها می‌تواند بر خلق ارزش و موفقیت و ارتقای جایگاه آن‌ها کمک کند. در این مقاله تلاش بر این است که وضع موجود نام‌های کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران بررسی شود و مشکلات آن استخراج گردد.روش‌شناسی: پژوهشگران در این پژوهش طی دو مرحله، ابتدا با روش تحلیل محتوا، اقدام به توصیف وضع موجود نام‌های کتابخانه‌های عمومی کردند که از کنترل تقاطعی برای اعتبارسنجی یافته‌ها استفاده شد و سپس با یافته‌های حاصل از پاسخ سوال اول و مطابقت وضعیت موجود با دستورالعمل نام‌گذاری کتابخانه‌های عمومی و همچنین مطابقت با نحوه نگارش خط فارسی و معیارهای زبان‌شناختی، مشکلات نام‌گذاری فعلی را استخراج کردند.یافته‌ها: از نتایج مرحله اول، می‌توان به گرایش بیشتر نام‌گذاری به اسامی انسان‌مدار با جنسیت مردانه، که بیشتر از نام شهدای انقلاب اسلامی، علمای دین و مفاخر با اندازه‌های نزدیک به هم بودند اشاره کرد. همچنین بیشتر اسامی متعلق به افراد معاصر بوده و بیشترین فراوانی در نام کتابخانه‌ها متعلق به نام شهدای منطقه خاصی یا دارای ویژگی خاص (شهدای مشهد یا شهدای گمنام) بوده است. همچنین این نتیجه حاصل شد که فرایند موجودِ نام‌گذاری کتابخانه‌های عمومی در کشور نشانگر نبود خط ‌مشی‌ای علمی است که این فقدان موجب مشکلاتی مانند عدم رعایت حساسیت‌های مذهبی یا عدم توجه به معیارهای زبان‌شناختی همچون طول نویسه‌ها شده است.نتیجه‌: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که وضعیت نام‌گذاری کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران نیز همچون نام‌گذاری اماکن و گذرگاه‌هایی که در پیشینه‌ها بررسی شد گرایش به نام‌گذاری‌های انسان‌مدار، مردانه  و افراد معاصر، بیشتر از دیگر مقوله‌ها است و در میان اسامی کتابخانه‌ها بیشترین تکرار مربوط به اسامی شهدا، معصومین و شخصیت‌های دینی است. توجه به مشاهیر علمی فرهنگی و بانوان در نام‌گذاری به‌طور قابل توجهی اندک بوده است که این وضع نشانگر اعمال ایدئولوژی حاکمان بر کتابخانه‌های عمومی همچون دیگر فضاهای شهری است و اگرچه می‌توان از نام‌گذاری به‌عنوان ابزاری قدرتمند برای اجرای بهتر کارکردهای فرهنگی اجتماعی کتابخانه استفاده کرد ولی مسئولان از این ابزار برای کنترل نمادین محیط استفاده می‌کنند. همچنین این نتیجه حاصل شد که دستورالعمل فعلی نام‌گذاری نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی به‌طور کامل اجرا نمی‌شود و مغایرت‌هایی در میان وضعیت نام فعلی کتابخانه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های سازمانی و ملی وجود دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود مغایرت‌ها رفع شده و همچنین خط‌ مشی نام‌گذاری توسط نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی اصلاح شود.

Qualitative and Quantitative Investigation of the Situation of the Iranian Public Libraries Naming

Introduction: Naming as a linguistic phenomenon conveys descriptive, expressive and social meanings. According to their information, educational and cultural functions, public libraries have branches throughout the country. Each of these branches has a name, and their proper naming can help create value and success and promote their status. In this article, an attempt is made to examine the current situation of the names of the Iranian public libraries and extract its problems.Methodology: In two stages, the researchers first described the status of public library letters using the content analysis method. Crosscheck control was used to validate the findings. Then, they extracted the problems of naming based on the comparison of the current situation with the instructions for naming public libraries and the instructions for writing Persian script and linguistic criteria.Findings: The results of the first phase showed a tendency to using more anthropomorphically masculine names, including the names of martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, Religious, cultural and literary figures of similar values. Also, most of the names belong to contemporary people, and most of the names in the libraries belong to the martyrs of a particular region or have special characteristics (martyrs of anonymous or unknown martyrs). The current process of naming public libraries in the country did not indicate a scientific policy, leading to problems such as lack of religious sensitivity or lack of attention to linguistic criteria such as length of letters, etc. in public library naming.Conclusion: It can be concluded that the status of the naming of public libraries in Iran, as well as the naming of places and passages that were studied in the literature has a tendency to anthropocentric designations, masculine, contemporary people and among the names of libraries, the greatest repetition is related to the names of the martyrs, infallibles, and religious figures; and attention to the scientific, cultural and women celebrities in naming has been significantly lower. This situation reflects the ideological practices of the rulers on public librarieslike other urban spaces. Although naming can be used as a powerful tool to better perform the sociocultural functions of the library, officials use this tool to symbolically control the environment. It was also concluded that the current guidelines for naming public libraries are not fully implemented and there are discrepancies between the current status of library names and organizational and national guidelines. It is recommended that conflicts are resolved and also naming policy was amended by Iranian Public Libraries Foundation.
