شناسایی مولفه‌های مشترک در مدل‌های رفتار اطلاع‌یابی و بازیابی اطلاعات مشارکتی

مقدمه: حوزه رفتار اطلاعاتی مشارکتی شامل دو جنبه مهم یعنی اطلاع یابی و بازیابی اطلاعات مشارکتی است که در آن مباحث گوناگونی مانند شناخت، ارزیابی و درک رفتار کاربران با نیاز های اطلاعاتی مشترک و چگونگی تقسیم وظایف، ارتباطات و عملکرد آنها در مواجه با منابع اطلاعاتی ، شیوه بازیابی و دستیابی به اطلاعات به ویژه در محیط وب مورد توجه قرار می گیرد. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و ارزیابی مدل‌های مطرح در حوزه رفتار اطلاع‌یابی و بازیابی اطلاعات مشارکتی و معرفی عوامل و مولفه‌های به کار رفته در هر یک از این مدل‌ها است. روش‌شناسی: در این مطالعه مروری از روش کتابخانه‌ای برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. چهار مرحله به کار گرفته شده در این پژوهش شامل (اجرای راهبُرد جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی، جمع‌آوری مقالات مرتبط و بررسی اولیه آنها بر اساس مدل طراحی شده، بررسی نهایی بر مبنای مدل ارزیابی شده در سایر مطالعات، گزینش مطالعات و تحلیل مقالات) می‌باشد. با گردآوری اولیه داده‌ها، جستجو و کاوش منابع و مقالات منتشر شده داخلی و خارجی در دو پایگاه isi و scopus انجام شده است.در مجموع374 مقاله از دو پایگاه جستجو و بازیابی شده و همگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: شش مطالعه حاوی مدل رفتار اطلاعاتی، اطلاع‌یابی و یا بازیابی اطلاعات مشارکتی یافته و چهار مدل انتخاب شدند. نتایج حاصل از استخراج مولفه‌های هریک از مدل‌ها، حاکی از آن داشت که 6 عامل و زمینه اصلی مطالعات حوزه رفتار اطلاع‌یابی و بازیابی اطلاعاتی مشارکتی، شامل آگاهی مشارکتی، تقسیم کار، اشتراک دانش، حفظ دانش و ارزیابی اطلاعات بازیابی شده و کاربرد دانش مشارکتی به‌عنوان مولفه‌های اساسی مشترک در اکثر مدل‌ها در نظر گرفته شده‌اند مدل مفهومی حاصل از تعاملات مولفه های شناسایی شده در سایر مدل‌ها منطبق با نتایج این مطالعه ارائه شده است. نتیجه‌: علاوه بر تبیین مدل مفهومی رفتار اطلاع یابی و بازیابی اطلاعات مشارکتی، نتایج بیان داشت که عوامل موثری دیگری همچون ارتباط، تصمیم‌گیری تیمی و کاربرد اطلاعات نیز در کنار مولفه‌های مورد مطالعه در بسیاری از مطالعات مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته‌اند که حاکی از نیاز به تحقیقات وسیع‌تر به‌منظور کشف و بسط عوامل جدید و موثر بر حوزه اطلاع‌یابی و بازیابی اطلاعات مشارکتی دارند.

Introducing Common Components Explained in Collaborative Information Seeking and Retrieval Models

Introduction: The field of CIB includes two important aspects, namely CIS R, in which various topics are considerable such as recognizing, evaluating, and understanding the behavior of users with common information needs and how to divide their tasks, communication, and performance in the face of different information sources, the method of retrieving and accessing the required information is especially important in the web environment. The purpose of this research is to identify and introduce important models in the field of collaborative information seeking and retrieval and to evaluate the factors and components in each of these models. Methodology: This research is a review study in which a library method has been used to collect information. The research is conducted by reviewing the published articles and available internal and external sources in four stages (implementation of search strategy in databases, collection of articles and their initial review based on the presented model, final evaluation based on the evaluation model of the presentation model in other studies, and selection of studies and analysis of articles). In total, 374 articles were retrieved from the ISI and Scopus databases and all were reviewed. Finally, four studies containing collaborative information seeking and retrieval models were selected. Findings: Four selected models in the present study indicate that awareness, division of labor, information use, knowledge sharing, collaboration and evaluation have been identified as the six key components in collaborative information seeking and retrieval behavior in most studies. The conceptual model resulting from the interactions of the identified components in other models presented in accordance with the findings of this study. Conclusion: In addition to explaining the conceptual model of information seeking and information retrieval behavior, the results indicated other influential factors such as communication, team decision making and knowledge storage were also very important
