نظام تربیت و خود: از آرمان تکوین خود اصیل تا واقعیتی بنام شبه خود

هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی فاصله گرفتن نظام‌های آموزشی از هدف تعالی خویشتن و خودمختاری از دیدگاه فوکو می‌باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از روش تحلیل مفهومی و استنتاجی بهره گرفته شد. بنابر نتایج به دست آمده، مهم‌ترین تمایزهای خویشتن اصیل با خویشتن کاذب در حال تحول و انعطاف است. درحالی‌که خویشتن اصیل، همواره پروژه‌ای در حال تکامل و ناقص است، خویشتن کاذب، امری تمام‌شده و صلب است. همچنین خویشتن اصیل، نسبتی فعال با شبکه‌های قدرت دارد. علاوه بر این، نوع آگاهی گفتمانی خویشتن اصیل می‌تواند او را فراتر از حدود دانشی فرهنگی زمانش ببرد. الزامات دستیابی به این خویشتن اصیل در فعالیت‌های تربیتی شامل مواردی مانند مسئله­آفرینی و نقد ساخت­شکنانه مداوم، توجه به احساسات فردی، آگاهی‌های گفتمانی و حقیقت‌طلبی و حقیقت‌گویی است. لذا، دست‌اندرکاران و ذی‌نفعان تربیت می‌بایست هسته‌های مقاومت خویش را در برابر ارزیابی‌های بیرونی و نظام‌های هنجارساز شکل دهند تا از استحاله خویشتن اصیل به خود کاذب جلوگیری کنند.

The System of Education and Self : From Aim of Original Self to a Reality Called Pseudo-Self

The research’s aim is examining going the distance of the educational system from the aim of authority and selfcreation upon Foucault’s view. We applied conceptucal analysis and deductive method for attaining to the goals. Regarding attained findings the most important distinction between the original self and the false self is in flexibility and transformation. While, the original self is always an incomplete project. The false self is dead and rigid. There is also an original self that has an active relationship with power networks. In addition, the kind of discursive consciousness of original self can take someone beyond the knowledgecultural boundaries of his time. The requirements for achieving this original self in educational activities include issues of creativity and persistent critique, attention to individual emotions, discursive awareness, and truthfulness. Also, authorities in the field of education should increase their resistance against external evaluations and normative systems to prevent the transformation of their original self into false self.
