بررسی نقش و جایگاه نشان‌ها و مدال‌های عصر قاجار در روابط خارجی و داخلی این دوره

سنت اعطای نشان از دوران قاجار به دلیل ارتباط آن ها با کشورهای اروپایی آغاز شد و به دور از ارزش معنوی به تدریج شکل تقلیدی به خود گرفت. عدم شناخت قاجارها از روند شکل گیری نشان ها در اروپا و همسان پنداری نشان و خلعت با نگاه شرقی و عدم اجرای شایسته سالاری در روابط داخلی باعث تنزل جایگاه نشان های این دوره گردید و این امر زمینه ساز شکل گیری نشان های جدید در جهت ارتقا ارزش آن ها شد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی جایگاه نشان ها در روابط خارجی و داخلی عصر قاجار و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای بر آن است در صدد پاسخگویی به این سوالات است که روند ابداع و استعمال مدال ها و نشان ها در عصر قاجار به چه صورت بوده است ؟ و تاثیر جایگاه مدال و نشان در روابط داخلی و خارجی تا چه اندازه است؟روش تحقیق به صورت کتابخانه ای و تحلیل منابع موجود، به ویژه سفرنامه ها و اسناد مرتبط است.یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که اعطای مدال و نشان فارغ از قواعد و دستورالعمل هایی که براساس شایستگی های افراد در اروپا تعریف شده بود، در ایران در قالب رسم اعطای خلعت پذیرفته شد و موجب گردید در هر دوره از ارزش و اعتبار مدل ها و نشان های ایجاد شده کاسته شود. مضاف بر اینکه اعطای این مدال ها و نشان ها باعث بروز مشکلاتی در روابط داخلی و خارجی ایران عصر قاجار گردید.

And this incorrect cycle was repeated in Qajar era and The badges lost their value.The present research seeks to answer the following questions using library resources: What was the process of inventing and using badges in the Qajar era? and How much is the medal and badge's position in foreign relations?The research method in this paper is library resources and the analysis of existing resources, especially the main sources. In this historical research, after the gathering of necessary ​necessary information ’ organizes and analysis information, and finally to deduce them.
