کاربرد شناسی روایات تقیه با تمرکز بر تحلیل بافت موقعیتی

تقیه یکی از مهمترین موضوعات در تاریخ حدیث، فقه و کلام شیعه است که همواره مورد توجه عالمان بزرگ اسلامی قرار گرفته است. در تراث حدیثی شیعه روایات متعددی درباره تقیه و ضرورت آن به ویژه از امام صادق (ع) نقل شده است. این قبیل روایات، از نظر دلالت متنوع و دارای ابهاماتی است که به نظر می‌رسد فهم مدلول صحیح آنها، نیازمند واکاوی دقیق تر بستر و شرایطی است که این روایات در آن صادر شده است. آنچه در این پژوهش به جهت تبیین صحیح عناصر موثر در فهم مدلول روایات تقیه مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد، کاربردشناسی روایات تقیه بر مبنای تحلیل بافت موقعیتی یا لایه برون زبانی این روایات با توجه به پنج مولفه محیط، موقعیت، مخاطبان، هدف و ترتیب عمل است. بر اساس این نوع تحلیل می توان دریافت که تقیه نشانگر موضوع مهمی در تاریخ حیات امام صادق(ع) است و در واقع، یکی از راهکارهای سیاسی و فرهنگی ایشان در مواجهه با شرایط دشوار و پیچیده معاصر حیات خود، برای تبلیغ و تبیین سنت‌ نبوی، در کنار حفظ جان خویش و اصحابش بوده و به موضوع اختفاء اسناد روایات فقهی مرتبط است تا فقه نبوی که بر اساس حوادث دوران پس از پیامبر اکرم (ص) در آستانه اضمحلال و نابودی قرار گرفته بود، دوباره احیا گردد

practicality of taqiyya narrations focusing on situational context analysis

taqiyyah is one of the most important topics in the history of shiite hadith, jurisprudence and theology, which has always been considered by great islamic scholars. in shiite hadith heritage, several narrations have been narrated about taqiyyah and its necessity, especially from imam sadegh (as), whose correct understanding requires identifying the contexts for the emergence of this group of narrations. what is examined in this study in order to correctly explain the effective elements in understanding the meaning of taqiyya narrations is the application of taqiyya narrations based on the analysis of the situational context of these narrations. as a result of this research, it can be said that the meaning of taqiyya narrations according to the basis of methodology and analysis of five effective components in situational context, including: environment, situation, audience, purpose and order of action, indicates an important issue in the life history of imam sadegh (as). taqiyya has been one of the political and cultural strategies of imam sadegh (as) in the face of difficult and complex contemporary conditions of his life, to propagate and explain the prophetic tradition, along with saving his life and that of his companions and is related to the issue of hiding documents of jurisprudential narrations
