تحلیل روان شناختی جرائم از منظر قرآن کریم و روایات

انگیزه عملکرد ذهنی است که انسان را به انجام رفتار هدایت می‌نماید و کنترل آن نقش عمده ای در انتظام‌بخشی به سلوک انسانی دارد.پژوهش حاضر ناظر بر بررسی علل روان شناختی جرائم از منظر قرآن کریم است. و به دنبال پاسخ به این مساله است که با توجه به رویکرد قرآنی به ماهیت انسان، از منظر روان‌شناختی چگونه انسان به ارتکاب جرم سوق می‌یابد؟در این راستا تلاش شده با روشی تحلیلی و توصیفی و با رویکرد فلسفی آیات و روایات اسلامی بررسی و به سوالات پژوهش پاسخ داده شود. اهم نتائج بدست آمده انگیزه حکایت از آن دارد که انسان موجودی بالقوه دارای دو گرایش متضاد همزمان بوده که یکی امر به ارتکاب جرم نموده و دیگری فرمان به انجام عمل صالح می دهد. از آنجا که انسان مختار است لذا تحت تاثیر عوامل مختلف ممکن است هر یک از دو بعد مزبور را تقویت کرده و در همان مسیر سیر نماید . براساس آیات قرآنی عواملی نظیر حسادت، تکبر، جهل ونادانی، تقلید از مجرمین و منحرفین، قساوت قلب، هوای نفسانی، کینه و حقد و سوء ظن با توجه به ماهیت روانی انسان می‏توانند استعدادهای منفی را پرورش داده و انگیزه های ارتکاب جرم را در وی ایجاد و در زمان مشخص به فعلیت رساند. آنچه مسلم است تاثیر این عوامل در وقوع جرم قطعی و به مثابه علت تامه فرض نمی شوند بلکه این انگیزه ها به صورت زمینه‌ای با وقوع جرم ارتباط داشته و در صورت عدم توجه و کنترل آنها زمینه‌ساز رفتارهای بزهکارانه خواهند بود.

motivation is the mental function that leads a person to commit behavior and its control plays a major role in organizing human behavior. the current research is about the study of the psychological causes of crimes from the perspective of the holy qur’an and seeks to answer the question that according to the qur’anic approach to human nature, from the psychological point of view, how does a person lead to commit a crime? in this regard, with a descriptive and analytical method and with a philosophical approach, we have tried to explore the verses and islamic hadiths and answer the research issues. the main results of motivation indicate that man is a potential being with two opposing tendencies at the same time, one of which calls to commit a crime and the other commanding to do a good deed. since humans have free will, under the influence of various factors, each of the two mentioned dimensions may be strengthened and move in the same direction. according to the qur’anic verses, factors such as envy, arrogance, ignorance, heart cruelty, passion on seditions, hatred and malice and suspicion can cultivate negative talents and create motivations to commit crimes in him and actualize them at a certain time. the effect of these factors in the occurrence of a crime is not certain and assumed as a complete cause, rather these motives are contextually related to the occurrence of crime and if they are not paid attention to and controlled, they will be the basis of criminal behavior.
