تحلیل تفسیرگونه قاعده «تعلیق الحُکم علی الوصف مُشعر بالعلّیّه» از منظر آیت الله جوادی آملی (مفهوم شناسی، گونه شناسی و کارکردها)

یکی از موضوعات مهم و پرکاربرد علم اصول که در تفسیر و علوم قرآنی کاربست به‌سزایی دارد، مباحث الفاظ است. به رغم اهمیت بسیار زیاد این مباحث، موضوعات زیرمجموعه این عنوان کمتر مورد توجه مفسران بوده است. قاعده زبانی «تعلیق الحکم علی الوصف مشعر بالعلیه‌» از جمله این موضوعات است که اصولیان ذیل مبحث مفهوم وصف، از آن یاد کرده و مورد اتفاق موافقان و مخالفان مفهوم وصف است. بر طبق این قاعده، وصفِ به‌کار گرفته شده در جمله، به علّیّت حکم جمله اِشعار دارد. راهیابی این قاعده به تفسیر قرآن و استمداد از آن در جهت تبیین گویاتر کلام الهی، گرچه در آثار مفسران سلف از فریقین، به‌ندرت به‌چشم می خورد، اما کاربست گسترده آن، توسط علامه طباطبایی در تفسیر «المیزان» مورد توجه واقع شده و آیت‌الله جوادی آملی، به آن توسعه بخشیده و آن را تثبیت نموده است. این مفسر با اشراف علمی خود بر مباحث عقلی به ویژه علم اصول، توانسته است تا علم تفسیر را نسبت به گذشته منسجم تر و ضابطه مندتر نماید که این امر در به‌کارگیری این قاعده، کاملاً مشهود است. این پژوهه با استفاده از روش تطبیقی تحلیلی و با تاکید بر آرای تفسیری ایشان نگاشته شده و رسالت تبیین گونه های متعدّد و برشماری کارکردهای تفسیری این قاعده را برعهده دارد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که با ایجاد الفت میان دو علم اصول فقه و تفسیر و استفاده از ظرفیت های مغفول این قاعده زبانی در حوزه تفسیر قرآن، می توان تفسیر گویاتری ارائه نمود و به حل پاره ای از چالش های این حوزه کمک شایانی کرد.

Quasi-interpretive analysis of ‘dependency of connotation upon denotation’ by Ayatollah Javadi Amoli: A semantic typological approach and its applications

Despite its significance, it has remained rather ignored by interpreters. One of the subjects discussed in this regard is the principle of ‘the dependency of connotation upon denotation’. The validity of this principle in dealing with meanings based on morphological considerations is unanimously agreed on by the scholars in the field. According to this principle, the way a lexical item is understood depends on its morphological form. The interpretation of the Quran to clarify the word of God on the basis of morphosemantic features was rarely conducted by early Sunni and Shia interpreters. However, Allameh Tabatabayi, as a contemporary scholar, has favored it in his AlMizan Interpretation. The application of this principle has also been expanded and stabilized by Ayatollah Javadi Amoli. By virtue of his scholastic mastery, especially in rational matters, this interpreter has been able to corroborate and regularized the application of the principle in the field of interpretation. The present research has been conducted through a comparativeanalytical method and based on Javadi Amoli’s views about interpretation. The study actually seeks to shed light on the various applications of the mentioned principle. The results of the study show that a more expressive interpretation of the Quran is possible to offer, and some challenges in the field of interpretation can be coped with if jurisprudence and interpretation are reconciled as two fundamental sciences and the ignored potentials of the morphosemantics are put to practice.
