مسالگی و استدلال بر پایه گزارش های حدیثی

مقوله استدلال به احادیث و گزارش‌های تاریخی، نیازمند روشی استوار است. دلالت گزارش های حدیثی و تاریخی را می توان در دو فضای «دلالت های ناظر به مقام بیان یک گزارش» و «دلالت های ناظر به فرامقام بیان» بررسی کرد. دلالت های فرامقام بیانی، ناشی از انعکاس گزارش در فضای صدور و نقل آن است. اصطلاح «مسالگی»، قاعده ای در فضای این نوع دلالت هاست. تلاش نویسنده مقاله برای شناساندن این قاعده و تعریف این اصطلاح به اینجا رسیده است که «مسالگی» به معنای میزان «عدم نفوذ» و حل نشدگی «مقام بیان» در «فرامقام بیان» است. کارکرد مورد توجه ما از اصل مسالگی، فضای استدلال های موجود در تاریخ حدیث، تاریخ قرآن و تاریخ تفسیر (الهیات تاریخی) است. اهمیت توجه به مسالگی ازآن‌روست که غالب استدلال‌های شکل گرفته در این حوزه، بدون ‌توجه به سطح مسالگی آن تقریر شده است و این مساله، موجب رسوخ ضعف جدی به این گونه ‌استدلال ها شده‌ است.

Contextual incongruity and reasoning on the basis of religious quotations

Reasoning on the basis of Hadiths, i.e. religious quotations, and historical reports should be done in a substantial manner. Whatever Hadith or historical report can be examined according to two types of evidence: contextual and metacontextual. The latter refers to the reflection of a remark in the space where it is made. The concept of ‘incongruity’ applies to the evidence in such a context. As it is understood from the analysis of a body of evidence in this regard, incongruity may be defined as the rate of the incompatibility of the context of an utterance with the metacontext of that utterance. This study is concerned with incongruity in the space of reasoning throughout the history of Hadith, Quran and interpretation (i.e. historical theology). Since most acts of reasoning in the field of theology have ignored the level of the incongruity involved, they are evaluated as poor and inadequate. This is where paying attention to that concept finds significance.
