چکیده
|
منع رجوع به طاغوت از تصریحات قرآنی است که مبنای آن آیه 60 سوره نساء است. روایات بسیاری در تبیین این آیه از معصومین(ع) نقل شده است. این آیه و روایات مربوط بدان، تحاکم به طاغوت را به‌شدت نهی کرده و تمام مفسران، این نهی را بر حرمت حمل نموده و آن را از گناهان کبیره برشمرده اند. طاغوت، هم خود گمراه است و هم به دنبال گمراهی خلق است و در مقابل، راه هدایت و صراط مستقیم، راه الله و دنباله آن، راه اهل بیت(ع) است. اهل بیت(ع)، سنگ محکِ عیار طاغوت و ملاک تشخیص طواغیت هستند و هر قولی در تقابل سخن ایشان، طاغوت است. پس رجوع به طاغوت به صورت مطلق حرام است و نباید آن را به خصوص تحریم قضاوت طاغوت و رجوع به آن محدود کرد؛ چرا که قضاوت از شئون حکومت است و به‌طریق‌اولی، اعطای زمامداری و سایر شئون حکومتی طاغوت نیز حرام خواهد بود. بر اساس مقبوله عمر بن حنظله، از آثار تحریم رجوع، عدم نفوذ رای و حکم طاغوت است؛ لذا بر حکم طاغوت نیز هیچ اثری مترتب نیست.

Abstract
|
The prohibition on referring to despotism is one of the Qur’anic revelations based on the verse 60 of Sura Nisa. Many traditions have been quoted from the infallible Imams in explaining this verse. This verse and related narratives strongly disapprove of the tyranny of authoritarianism, and all commentators have carried this prohibition on sanctity and have listed it as a grave sin. Tyranny is both misguided and seeking to mislead the people. The path of guidance and righteousness is the path of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and its successor. The AhlulBayt and the Prophet’s relatives are the criteria for the recognition of authoritarian regimes.Any word that contradicts them is tyranny. Reference to despotism is absolutely forbidden, and there is no exception in sanctioning the judgment of despotism. Judgment is the rule of the Islamic State and the Prophet’s family. The reign of tyranny and other government affairs will also be forbidden.According to the correct narration of Omar ibn Hanazlah, one of the effects of this prohibition on referring to despotism is the nonenforceability of the dictatorship and the vote of tyranny, so there is no effect on the dictatorship.
