تدوین مدل اجرای موفق خط مشی‌های توسعه ورزش قهرمانی بانوان (مطالعه کیفی)

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، تدوین مدل اجرای موفق خط‌مشی‌های توسعه ورزش قهرمانی بانوان بود.روش : روش پژوهش، توصیفی-پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. داده‌های پژوهش به صورت میدانی و به شیوه کیفی جمع‌آوری شد. نمونه‌ آماری، خبرگان ورزش‌ قهرمانی بانوان بودند که براساس تخصص، تجربه، تسلط نظری، تمایل و دسترسی به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش با 22 نفر از مشارکت‌کنندگان مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند انجام شد که از مصاحبه هجدهم به بعد، پاسخ‌ها تکرار پاسخ مصاحبه‌های قبل بود. داده‌های حاصل از ادبیات پیشنه و متن مصاحبه‌ها پس از کدگذاری، بازنگری کدها توسط پنج نفر از مشارکت‌کنندگان و کدگذاری مجدد توسط دو کدگذار به‌غیر از گروه پژوهش انجام و سپس در پنل دلفی بررسی و غربال‌گری شد در نهایت، روایی داده‌ها توسط اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تایید شد.یافته ها: براساس یافته‌ها، در ابعاد خط‌مشی‌ها و مجریان، الزامات مدیریتی و شرایط محیطی و فرهنگی-اجتماعی 46 شاخص موثر بر اجرای خط‌مشی‌های توسعه ورزش‌ قهرمانی بانوان در قالب 14 مولفه شناسایی شد. می‌توان گفت، شفافیت اهداف و فقدان اهداف متناقض، انگیزش و تمایل مجریان به اجرای خط‌مشی‌ها، مشارکت بانوان در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها، پرهیز از تبعیض جنسیتی، توانمندسازی مجریان خط‌مشی‌ها، تامین منابع مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری کافی به همراه وجود بستر فکری و فرهنگی جامعه، توسعه بیش از پیش ورزش قهرمانی بانوان را درپی خواهد داشت.

development of the implementation model of women’s championship sports development policies (qualitative study)

introduction: the purpose of this research was to develop a model for the successful implementation of policies for the development of women’s championship sports.methods: the research method was descriptive-survey and practical in terms of purpose. research data was collected in the field and qualitatively. the statistical sample was women’s championship sports experts who were purposefully selected based on expertise, experience, theoretical mastery, desire and accessibility. in this research, an in-depth semi-structured interview was conducted with 22 of the participants, and from the 18th interview onwards, the answers were repeated from the previous interviews. after coding, the data obtained from the background literature and the text of the interviews were reviewed by five participants and re-coded by two coders other than the research group, and then reviewed and screened in the delphi panel. finally, the validity of the data was confirmed by sports management professors became. findings: based on the findings, in the dimensions of policies and executives, management requirements and environmental and socio-cultural conditions, 46 effective indicators on the implementation of women’s championship sports development policies were identified in the form of 14 components. it can be said that the transparency of goals and the lack of contradictory goals, the motivation and willingness of executives to implement policies, the participation of women in decision-making, the avoidance of gender discrimination, the empowerment of policy executives, the provision of sufficient financial resources and investment along with the existence of the intellectual and cultural background of society. the development of women’s sports will lead to the championship.
