نقش شاخص‌های پیکرسنجی و هوش معنوی در پیش‌بینی رضایت از تصویر بدنی در دختران جوان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقش شاخص های آنتروپومتری و هوش معنوی در پیش بینی رضایت از تصویر بدنی در دانشجویان دختر انجام شد.روش : در این مطالعه مقطعی، تعداد 349 نفر از دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه شاهد در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 به عنوان نمونه شرکت کردند. شاخص های پیکرسنجی، هوش معنوی و تصویر بدنی ادراک شده آزمودنی ها مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره با روش گام به گام تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان دهنده این بود که تصویر بدنی ادراک شده با شاخص توده بدنی (0.025=p)، دور کمر (0.006=p)، دور شکم (0.001=p)، دور لگن (0.017=p) و نسبت دور کمر به قد (0.004=p) همبستگی معکوس و معناداری داشت. بین هوش معنوی و تصویر بدنی ادراک شده نیز همبستگی مثبت معناداری وجود داشت (0.001˂p). همچنین، بهره هوش معنوی با بیش تر خرده مقیاس های تصویر بدنی ادراک شده (بجز، گرایش به ظاهر، گرایش به بیماری، وزن ذهنی و دلمشغولی با اضافه وزن) همبستگی مثبت و معناداری داشت (0.001˂p). نتایج رگرسیون خطی چندگانه نشان داد که بهره هوش معنوی بالاترین قدرت پیش بینی تصویر بدنی را به همراه داشت و میانگین تصویر بدنی ادراک شده به ازای یک واحد افزایش نمره هوش معنوی، 19.4 درصد بهبود می یابد.

the role of anthropometric indices and spiritual intelligence in predicting young girls’ body image satisfaction

introduction: this study investigated the role of anthropometric indices and spiritual intelligence (si) in predicting body image satisfaction in female students. methods: in this cross-sectional study, a total of 349 female students of shahed university in academic year 1401-1402 were served as subject. the subjects’ anthropometric measures, perceived body image, and si were assessed. the descriptive statistics, spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, and step-by-step multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis.results: findings showed that there was a significant inverse correlation among perceived body image and body mass index (p=0.025), waist circumference (p=0.006), abdominal circumference (p=0.001), hip circumference (p=0.017) and waist-to-height ratio (p=0.004). moreover, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between si and perceived body image (p˂0.001). the si score had a significant positive correlation with the perceived body image subscales (except appearance orientation, disease orientation, mental weight, and preoccupation with excess weight) (p˂0.001). conclusion: the results of multiple linear regression revealed that the si score had the highest predictive power in predicting body image,as well as the perceived body image improved by 19.4% on average for every unit of increase in spiritual intelligence score.
