تحلیل کیفی دلایل و زمینه‌های اقدام به خودکشی زنان شهر یاسوج

هدف: اقدام به خودکشی به مثابه یک پدیده پیچیده و چند بعدی که دارای ابعاد مختلفی از جمله روانی، اجتماعی، خانوادگی و فرهنگی است که بر اساس آمار و شواهد مستند به نحو بی سابقه ای افزایش یافته است. این پژوهش به دنبال شناسایی دلایل و زمینه های اقدام به خودکشی زنان شهر یاسوج  می باشد. روش : این پژوهش به دنبال شناسایی دلایل و زمینه های خودکشی زنان شهر یاسوج با استفاده از روش کیفی و رویکرد نظریه مبنایی است. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش حاضر 10 نفر از زنان 35-15 ساله شهر یاسوج که به دلیل اقدام به خودکشی به اورژانس اجتماعی ارجاع داده شده بودند، که به صورت نیمه ساختاریافته مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند و سپس داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از کدگذاری سه مرحله ای باز، مرکزی و انتخابی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان از وجود 9 مقوله اصلی در اقدام به خودکشی است که عباتنداز: «مواجهه با خشونت»، «خانواده نابسامان»، «مشکلات روان شناختی»، «سنت گریزی»، «مهارت های مقابله ای ناکارآمد»، «جبران کاستی ها»، «فشار هنجاری»، «بازتولید شرایط» و «سهم خواهی». مقوله هسته پژوهش نیز «خودکشی عملی نیت مند تا کنشی رهایی بخش» می باشد.

qualitative analysis of reasons and contexts of suicide attempt by women in yasouj

introduction: attempting suicide as a complex and multi-dimensional phenomenon that has various dimensions such as psychological, social, family and cultural, which has increased in an unprecedented manner based on statistics and documented evidence. this research seeks to identify the reasons and contexts of women committing suicide in yasouj city.methods: this research seeks to identify the reasons and contexts of women committing suicide in yasouj using qualitative method and grounded theory approach. the participants in the current research were 10 women from yasouj city, who were interviewed in a semi-structured manner, and then the resulting data were analyzed using three-stage open, central and selective coding.findings: the findings show the existence of 9 main categories in the suicide attempt, which are: encounter with violence, disordered family, psychological problems, aversion to tradition, ineffective coping skills, compensation for shortcomings, normative pressure, reproduction of conditions and covetousness. the core category of the research is intentional practical suicide to liberating action.
