واکاوی برابری جنسیتی در فوتبال عراق: یک پژوهش کیفی

برابری و عدالت جنسیتی در حوزه ورزش از مهم‌ترین مسائلی است که در ورزش وجود دارد که سهم زنان از این نابرابری موجود در ورزش بیشتر از مردان می‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر واکاوی برابری جنسیتی در فوتبال عراق است. رویکرد کلی این تحقیق از نوع کیفی بوده و روش مورد استفاده تحلیل مضمون یا تماتیک است. در این پژوهش، با رویکرد تماتیک، 17 تن از اساتید و پژوهشگرانی که در زمینه جامعه‌شناسی و مدیریت ورزشی در کشور عراق فعالیت دارند، با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته با سوالات باز استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش در مجموع 77 مضامین پایه، 8 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 3 مضمون فراگیر استخراج و طبقه‌بندی شدند و مضمون‌های سازمان‌دهنده تحقیق شامل فرهنگ عمومی، حمایت عمومی از فوتبال مردان، کلیشه‌های جنسیتی، محدودیت‌های خانوادگی، نابرابری جنسیتی در فضای مجازی، کژکارکرد رسانه در برابری جنسیتی، نابرابری جنسیتی در فرصت‌های مالی و نابرابری جنسیتی در امکانات ورزشی بود و مضمون فراگیر شامل چالش‌های اجتماعی، چالش‌های رسانه‌ای و چالش‌های فرصت نابرابر بود. نتایج گواه وجود نابرابری‌ و بی‌عدالتی در فوتبال عراق است و این مهم، با چالش‌هایی روبه‌رو است و توجه اساسی به این چالش‌ها، به منظور افزایش برابری و کاهش این شکاف جنسیتی ضروری است.

exploration of gender equality in iraqi football: a qualitative research

abstractobjective: the debate on gender equality in sports remains a controversial issue. although women are equal to men according to the law, there is no such justice and equality in the world of sports. the purpose of this research is to investigate gender equality in iraqi football.materials and methods: the general approach of this research is qualitative, and the method used is the theme or thematic analysis. in this research, with a thematic approach, 17 professors and researchers who are active in the sociology and sports management field were selected with a purposeful sampling method. a semi-structured in-depth interview with open questions was used to collect data.findings: based on the findings, a total of 77 basic themes, eight organizing themes, and three overarching themes were extracted and classified, and the organizing themes of the research include public culture, public support for men’s football, gender stereotypes, family restrictions, gender inequality in cyberspace, media malfunction in gender equality was gender inequality in financial opportunities and gender inequality in sports facilities, and the overarching theme included social challenges, media challenges, and unequal opportunity challenges.conclusion: the results prove the existence of inequality and injustice in iraqi football, which is essential, facing challenges that can achieve gender equality in iraqi football if these challenges are successfully managed.
