بررسی نقش اعتماد و تعهد به همسر در رضایت جنسی زنان

هدف: رضایت جنسی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر ثبات و رضایت زناشویی زوجین است. لذا بررسی عوامل موثر بر آن ازجمله تعهد به همسر و اعتماد به همسر حائز اهمیت است. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین تعهد به همسر و اعتماد به همسر با رضایت جنسی زنان بود. رضایت جنسی در این پژوهش با مولفه‌های مشارکت جنسی، ابراز جنسی، هیجان جنسی، تمایل جنسی، تحقق جنسی، نگرش جنسی، آگاهی جنسی سنجیده شده است.روش: تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری کلیه زنان متاهل شهر تبریز بوده‌اند؛ که 400 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های موردنیاز از پرسشنامه استاندارد و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، ارتباط معناداری بین تعهد به همسر، اعتماد به همسر با رضایت جنسی زنان وجود دارد. هم‌چنین با توجه به نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره، متغیرهای تعهد به همسر، اعتماد به همسر به‌صورت معناداری رضایت جنسی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. متغیرهای مستقل تحقیق توانسته‌اند درمجموع 0.242 درصد از تغییرات متغیر رضایت جنسی زنان را تبیین کنند. و طبق نتیجه تحلیل مسیر، متغیر اعتماد به همسر با ضریب تاثیر 0.449 مهم‌ترین و قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی کننده تغییرات رضایت جنسی زنان است.

investigating the role of trust and commitment to the spouse in women’s sexual satisfaction

introduction: sexual satisfaction is one of the factors affecting the stability and marital satisfaction of couples. therefore, it is important to study the factors affecting it, such as commitment to the spouse and trust in the spouse. accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between commitment to the spouse and trust in the spouse with women's sexual satisfaction. sexual satisfaction in this study was measured by the components of sexual participation, sexual expression, sexual arousal, sexual desire, sexual fulfillment, sexual attitude, sexual awareness.methods: the study was a survey and the statistical population was all married women in tabriz; 400 of them were selected using cochran's formula and multi-stage cluster sampling. a standard questionnaire was used to collect the required data and spss software was used to analyze the data.findings: the results showed that there is a significant relationship between commitment to the spouse, trust in the spouse and women's sexual satisfaction. also, according to the results of multivariate regression analysis, the variables of commitment to the spouse, trust in the spouse significantly predict sexual satisfaction. independent research variables were able to explain a total of 0.242% of the changes in women's sexual satisfaction. and according to the results of path analysis, the variable of trust in the spouse with an impact factor of 0.449 is the most important and strongest predictor of changes in female sexual satisfaction.
