مهمترین عوامل موفقیت مدیران زن در سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز

مقدمه و هدف: به طور کلی امروزه حضور و مدیریت موفق زنان یکی از راه‌های رشد، توسعه و موفقیت سازمان‌ها است. به همین جهت بررسی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت موفق زنان از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار می‌باشد. لذا هدف اصلی مطالعه حاضر بررسی و شناسایی عوامل موفقیت مدیریت زنان درسازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز با استفاده از روش فراترکیب است.مواد و روش‌ها: جامعه آماری بخش فراترکیب شامل مقالات دوره زمانی سال 1380 تا سال 1397 با موضوع موفقیت زنان است که تعداد 80 مقاله با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده گردید. در پایان نتایج بررسی 80 مقاله از 330 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع عوامل موثر بر موفقیت مدیریتی زنان با استفاده از روش فراترکیب در 152کد، 44 مفهوم یا واحد معنایی و 4 طبقه گروه‌بندی و شناسایی گردید و بر اساس این عوامل مدل یکپارچه نهایی ارایه و اعتبارسنجی شد و درنهایت، طبقه‌ها در قالب دو درونمایة عوامل و الزامات برون سازمانی و عوامل و الزامات درون سازمانی گنجانده شدند. یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های این تحقیق، مهمترین عوامل موثر بر موفقیت زنان به دو دسته عوامل برون سازمانی و درون سازمانی تقسیم می‌شوند، که الزمات برون سازمانی در سطح کلان و مبانی و الزمات درون سازمانی در سطح خرد مطرح‌اند.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: در الزمات برون سازمانی عوامل مختلفی نظیر عوامل محیطی، عوامل فردی و عوامل خانوادگی در موفقیت زنان در آموزش و پرورش موثر می باشد.

The Most Important Success Factors of Female Managers in Education of Shiraz City

Introduction: women’s presence and management Success is one of the ways of the growth, development and success of organizations. Therefore, it is important to study the effective factors on successful management of women. Therefore, the main goal of this study is to identify and identify the factors of success of women management in education organization by using the MetaSynthesis method.Materials and Methods: The statistical population of the department includes articles from the period of 20012018 with the topic of women’s success, of which 80 articles have been used using purposeful sampling. In the quantitative section the statistical society, female education managers of Shiraz city in 2018 were selected, that 90 of them were selected by simple stratified sampling method. At the end of the review, 80 articles from 330 articles related to the topic of effective factors on women’s managerial success using the metasynthesis method in 152 codes and 44 components or semantic units and 4 classes were identifiedFindings: Based on these factors, the integrated integrated model was presented and validated. Finally, the classes were included in the form of two descriptions of external factors and requirements, and factors and requirements within the organizationConclusion: from the findings of the present study, it can be inferred that the factors of different internal and external organizations such as eliminating biases against women, their abilities and position, social inequalities and citizenship in some places and attitudes toward women as the second sex create opportunities for growth and advancement for women
