نقش واسطه گری تنظیم شناختی هیجان برای طرحواره های ناسازگار و عواطف مثبت در دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد مرودشت در سال 1398

این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش واسطه ای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه طرح واره های ناسازگار و عواطف مثبت انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد مرودشت بود که در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش 299 نفر از دانشجویان دختر دانشکده‌های مختلف دانشگاه آزاد مرودشت بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران(2001)، عواطف مثبت واتسون و همکاران (1988) و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار یانگ (1998) انجام شد که روایی و پایایی ابزار مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 24spss و در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. جهت بررسی فرضیه های مورد مطالعه از روش بارون و کنی و از آزمون های رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که تنظیم شناختی هیجان مثبت و منفی قادر به ایفای نقش تعدیل گر در رابطه بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار و عواطف مثبت می‌باشد.

The mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation for maladaptive schemas and positive affects among female students of Islamic Azad university of Marvdasht in 2019

This study aimed to explain the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation for maladaptive schemas and positive affects in girls of Marvdasht Azad University. The present study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all female students of Marvdasht Azad University who were studying in the academic year 20182019. Participants in the study were 299 female students of different faculties of Marvdasht Azad University who were selected by multistage cluster sampling. Data were analyzed using the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire by Garnowski et al. (2001), Watson et al. (1988) and Young’s maladaptive schemas (1998), which confirmed the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data analysis was performed using 24spss software at both descriptive and inferential levels. To investigate the studied hypotheses, Baron and Kenny method and multiple regression in inter manner and hierachical regression were used to study hypothesis. The findings of the research showed that positive and negative cognitive emotion regulation has a mediating role in relationship between maladaptive schemas and positive emotions.
