بررسی مدیریت بدن در بین زنان و تاثیر آن بر نگرش آن‌ها نسبت به باروری (مورد مطالعه: زنان در سنین باروری شهر جهرم)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدیریت بدن در بین زنان و تاثیر آن بر نگرش آن‌ها نسبت به باروری انجام شده و برای نیل به این هدف از روش پیمایش استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ی‌ آماری تحقیق حاضر را زنان متاهل 49-15ساله‌ی ساکن در شهرستان جهرم تشکیل داده‌اند، که 400 نفر از آنان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه تعیین و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. داده‌های این پژوهش در نیمه دوم سال 1397 و با ابراز جمع‌آوری شده است. برای تعیین اعتبار پرسشنامه از روش اعتبار صوری، و برای تعیین پایایی آن، از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی از طریق نرم افزار spss 24 ارائه شده است که بر این اساس نتایج حاکی از آن است که متغیر مستقل این تحقیق یعنی مدیریت بدن (مدیریت ظاهر بدن و تناسب اندام) بر نگرش زنان نسبت به باروری موثر است. در واقع متغیر مستقل (مدیریت بدن کل)، 0.166 درصد از متغیر وابسته را تبیین کرده است. در بین ابعاد نیز بعد مدیریت ظاهر بدن تاثیر بیشتری داشته و میزان تبیین آن برابر با 0.154 می‌باشد. یافته‌های تحقیق با نتایج مشابه مقایسه گردیده و در نهایت پیشنهادهایی ارائه شده است.

The Investigation of Body Management Among Women and its Effect on their Attitude toward Fertility(Case Study: Women in Reproductive Age ,Jahrom ).

The study aims at investigating the body management among women and its effect on their attitude toward fertility. The method used in this study is scrolling. The statistical population is married womens aged 15_49 in fertile age in Jahrom, 400 women were selected as sample by multi_stages sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire used to determine its validity by formal credibility, and to determine the reliability of the internal coordination method using Cronbach’s Alpha method.The descriptive results of the research indicate that the mean score of women’s attitude to fertility is high. The analytical results show that among the research structure,body management (total), body appearance management and fitness management have an impact on women’s attitudes toward fertility.Among the population variables, age, number of children and type of occupation have a significant relationship with women’s attitude to fertility. The explanation of the dependent variable in terms of the sum of independent variables indicates that the body appearance management and the number of children are respectively the most powerful predictor of women’s attitude to fertility, and they are able to explain the 0/230 of variations changes in the attitude toward fertility. The findings are compared with similar results, and finally, suggestions are presented.
