ارزیابی عملکردی مشارکت زنان در فضاهای شهری با رویکرد برنامه ریزی مشارکتی نمونه موردی منطقه 20 تهران

امروزه، به‌دلیل ‌توجه ناکافی به نقش مشارکت شهروندان در فرایند برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت و تصمیم‌سازی بسیاری از کلان‌شهر‌ها به شهروندان چنین تلقین شده ‌است که در امر تاثیرگذاری بر جامعه و سرنوشت آینده شهر، به ‌نوعی ناتوان هستند. از این رو نقش زنان در پیشبرد فعالیت های اجتماعی و اقتصادی بسیار حساس و حیاتی می باشد. استعداد و توانایی زنان در مشارکت های مدنی موجب پیشبرد و تعالی جامعه در عصر دانایی محور می گردد. کارآفرینی و مشارکت زنان از شاخص های مهم در توسعه یافتگی محسوب می شود. بررسی های اجتماعی و اقتصادی که در زمینه مشارکت زنان در امور جامعه انجام گرفته نیز حاکی از آن است که عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی و انتظارات متفاوت جامعه از زن و مرد، از جمله موانع مهم بر سر راه مشارکت زنان به حساب می آیند. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش، بررسی مشارکت عملکردی زنان، در فضاهای شهری می باشد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد. مولفه ها در 4 بخش اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و اجتماعی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته اند. در سنجش میزان تاثیرگذاری مشارکت زنان از آزمون پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که بالاترین میزان مشارکت در منطقه 20 شهرداری تهران، مشارکت اجتماعی با 2.52 و کمترین آن مشارکت سیاسی با میانگین 1.65 می باشد. همچنین بین مولفه‌های اقتصادی و فرهنگی با نمره 0.688 بیشتری رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین میانگین مقدار بحرانی در مولفه‌ اجتماعی 3.89، دارای بیشترین مقدار می باشد.

Functional Evaluation of Women’s Participation in Urban Spaces with Approach of Collaborative Planning Case Study: Tehran Region 20

Today, due to insufficient attention to the role of citizen participation in the planning, management and decisionmaking process, many metropolitan areas have been instilled in citizens that they are somewhat incapable of influencing society and the future of the city. therefore the role of women in promoting social and economic activities is crucial. The talent and ability of women in civic engagement promotes and elevates society in the knowledgebased age. Women’s entrepreneurship and participation are important indicators of development. Socioeconomic studies of women’s participation in community affairs also indicate that social and cultural factors and society’s different expectations of men and women are important barriers to women’s participation. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to investigate the functional participation of women in urban spaces. The method of this study is descriptiveanalytical and applied research. The components have been evaluated in four economic, cultural, political and social sectors. To measure the impact of women’s participation, Pearson test and path analysis were used. The results show that the highest participation rate in district 20 of Tehran municipality is social participation with 2.52 and the lowest political participation with average 1.65. There is also a relationship between economic and cultural components with a score of 0.688. Also, the average critical value in the social component 3.89 has the highest value.
