بررسی عوامل موثر بر نگرش به منزلت اجتماعی زنان در شهر کاشان

یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات در هر جامعه ای، نقش های زنان و نوع نگرش جامعه به منزلتی است این نقش‌ها دارند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر درصدد سنجش عوامل موثر بر نگرش به منزلت زنان در شهر کاشان برآمده است. این پژوهش با روش پیمایشی انجام شده و حجم نمونه‌ی پژوهش، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 338 نفر بوده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که: بین نگرش به مشارکت اجتماعی زنان، نگرش به وضعیت بیولوژیک زنان، ارزش‌گذاری کار زنان، نگرش به استقلال مالی زنان، نگرش به اقدامات دولتی در مورد زنان و ساخت قدرت در خانواده و متغیر نگرش به منزلت اجتماعی زنان رابطه‌ی معنادار وجود دارد. اما بین متغیرهای جامعه‌پذیری جنسیتی، پایگاه اقتصادی اجتماعی، میزان دینداری و باورهای مذهبی پاسخگویان و متغیر نگرش به منزلت اجتماعی زنان رابطه‌ی معنادار وجود نداشته است. نتایج تحلیل چندمتغیره و تحلیل مسیر نیز نشان می‌دهد که از میان شش متغیر مستقل اول، سه متغیر، یعنی نگرش به مشارکت اجتماعی زنان، نگرش به وضعیت بیولوژیک زنان، ارزش‌گذاری کار زنان، وارد معادله ی رگرسیونی شده و متغیرهای دیگر از معادله خارج شده‌اند. در نتیجه، می توان گفت نگرش به منزلت اجتماعی زنان بیش تر متاثر از سه متغیر مذکور است؛ با این حال، سه متغیر بعدی دارای ارتباط غیرمستقیم با متغیر وابسته‌ی پژوهش بوده‌اند.

Assessment of Factors Affecting Attitudes towards the Women’s Social Status in Kashan

One of the most important issues of any society is Women’s Roles and the Society’s Attitudes towards the Status of these Roles. Hence, this study seeks to assess factors affecting the Attitudes towards the Status of Women’s Roles in Kashan city. Survey Methods is used in this study and using Cochran’s formula and Simple Random Sampling, 250 people were selected as research sample. Results indicate that: There is meaningful relationship between Attitudes towards the Women’s Community Involvement, Attitudes towards the Biological Condition of Women, Valuing Women’s Work, Attitudes towards the Women’s Financial Independence, Attitudes towards the Public Policy for Women, Family Power Structure, and the Variable of Attitudes towards the Women’s Social Status. But there are no meaningful relationships between the variables of Gender Socialization, SocioEconomic Status, the extent of Respondents’ Religiosity and Religious Beliefs, and the Variable of Attitudes towards the Women’s Social Status. Results of Multivariate Analysis and Path Analysis also shows that among the first six Independent Variables, three first variables, namely Attitudes towards the Women’s Community Involvement, Attitudes towards the Biological Condition of Women, Valuing Women’s Work, have entered into the Regression Equation and other variables are removed from the equation. In conclusion, we can say that Attitudes towards the Women’s Social Status mostly is affected by those three variables; however, the next three variables have an indirect relationship with the dependent variable in this study.
