بررسی تجربه زیسته‌ی زنان در رابطه با نقش‌های محول و نقش‌های محقق

تحقیق حاضر درباره‌ی نقش زنان و چالش‌های مشارکت آن ها در سازمان‌های مردم نهاد (ngo) می‌باشد. با وجود برخی موانع فرهنگی و قانونی، برخی گزینه‌ها و بسترهای فرهنگی همواره مشوق و مقوم حضور تاثیر گذار آن ها بوده است. روش گرد‌آوری داده‌ها به صورت پیمایشی از طریق پرسش نامه انجام گرفته، که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد  333 نفر از زنان عضو در سازمان‌های مردم نهاد استان لرستان مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از نرم افزار amos ، معیارهای برازندگی مدل معادلات ساختاری برآورد و تایید فرضیه‌ها بررسی شده است. بر طبق نتایج، بین فعالیت در سازمان مردم نهاد و نزدیکی نظام و زیست جهان، رابطه ی معنی‌داری وجود دارد. فعالیت در سازمان‌های مردم نهاد با حضور داوطلبانه گره خورده است و حضور داوطلبانه یعنی انعطاف پذیری در پذیرش نقش ها و فعالیت‌ها که به کل زندگی اعضا تسری پیدا می‌کند. برآیند نظریه‌های به کار گرفته شده در این تحقیق از جمله نظریه ی هابرماس، نشان می‌دهد، انسان قادر است با رویکرد انتخاب گرانه، همواره در جهان زندگی گام بردارد، اگر چه ظاهراَ نظام اقتصادیاجتماعی به طرق گوناگون در قالب نقش‌های اجتماعی از بدو تولد تا پایان زندگی، خلق چنین ارتباط و کنشی را سلب می‌کند.

Investigating the life experience for women in relation to assigned roles and achieved roles

The present study investigates the role and challenges of women’s participation in nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). Despite some cultural and legal barriers, some cultural options and subjects have always been encouraged by their influential presence. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and using cochran formula, 333 women who were members of NGOs in lorestan province were questioned. Using the AMOS software, the fitness indices of the structural equation model have been evaluated and confirmation of hypotheses has been investigated. According to the results, there is a significant relationship between activity in the NGOs and the proximity of the system and the world life. Activity in NGOs have been tied to voluntary presence, and volunteering means flexibility in accepting roles and activities that extend to the entire life of the members. The following theories used in this research, including habermas’ theory, show that man can take a selective approach to the world of life, although the apparently socioeconomic system  in various ways in the form of social roles from birth to the end of life prevents the creation of such communication.
