تربیت معلم تراز جمهوری اسلامی بر اساس آموزه‌های مکتب شهید سلیمانی

این پژوهش با هدف کشف ویژگی‌های معلم تراز جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس آموزه‌های مکتب سردار سلیمانی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه داده ‌بنیاد است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با نخبگان تعلیم و تربیت و کسانی که علاوه بر آن با مکتب، خصوصیات و منش سردار سلیمانی آشنا بودند، صورت پذیرفت و اطلاعات در سه سطح کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. کدگذاری مفاهیم حاصل از مصاحبه‌ با شرکت کنندگان، باعث شکل‌گیری 125 مفهوم اولیه، 60 مفهوم محوری و در نهایت 21 مضمون اصلی و تهیه الگوی پارادایمی معلم تراز جمهوری اسلامی در مکتب شهید سلیمانی گردید. الگوی به دست آمده در پژوهش شامل شرایط علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامدها است که با توجه به آن می‌توان ضمن برطرف نمودن موانع فراروی تربیت معلمان، با تاسی از مکتب شهید سلیمانی، زمینه و بستر‌های شکل‌گیری و رشد نسلی خداجو و امیدوار را فراهم نمود.

qualified teacher training in the islamic republic based on the teachings of the martyr soleimani school

this research was conducted with the aim of discovering the characteristics of a qualified teacher in the islamic republic of iran based on the teachings of the martyr soleimani school. the research method used was qualitative, based on grounded theory. data was collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with education elites and individuals familiar with the teachings, qualities, and character of martyr soleimani. the gathered information was analyzed at three levels: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. the coding of concepts from the interviews resulted in the formation of 125 initial concepts, 60 core concepts, and ultimately 21 main themes, forming the paradigmatic model of a qualified teacher in the islamic republic according to the teachings of soleimani. the model encompasses the necessary conditions, background, intervention, strategies, and consequences, which can serve as a guide for overcoming obstacles in teacher education and providing a foundation for the formation and growth of a generation that is devout and hopeful, drawing inspiration from the teachings of martyr soleimani.
