طراحی الگوی بالندگی سازمان‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه تهران)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی بالندگی سازمان‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر مکتب شهید سلیمانی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی از شاخه اکتشافی-پیمایشی بود. اجرای پژوهش به صورت ترکیبی(کیفی-کمی) و در دو مرحله انجام شد. جمع آوری داده‌ها در مرحله اول(کیفی) مبتنی بر مصاحبه با 18 نفر از خبرگان علمی و اجرایی از دانشگاه تهران و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها مبتنی بر روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت. روایی و پایایی بخش کیفی مبتنی بر چهار عنصر قابلیت اعتبار، قابلیت انتقال، تلفیق و ترکیب و قابلیت اتکاء مورد تایید واقع شد. در مرحله دوم(کمی) 343 نفر ازکارکنان دانشگاه تهران به پرسشنامه حاصل از مرحله اول پاسخ دادند و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز مبتنی بر روش‌های آماری و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، الگوی بالندگی سازمان‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی دارای چهار بعد بالندگی فردی، حرفه‌ای، خدماتی و مدیریتی است که به ترتیب بالندگی فردی شامل پنج مولفه، بالندگی حرفه‌ای شامل چهار مولفه، بالندگی خدماتی شامل چهار مولفه و بالندگی مدیریتی شامل شش مولفه است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی می تواند به عنوان الگویی مناسب در خدمت بالندگی سازمان های آموزشی کشور قرارگیرد.

designing the model of development in educational organizations based on the martyr haj qassem soleimani school (study case: university of tehran)

this study aimed to propose a model of organizational development based on the thoughts of shahid soleimani for the university of tehran.to this end, a developmental-applied, descriptive survey was carried out. qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 18 scientific and executive experts, who were selected based on purposive and judgmental sampling, and quantitative data were collected through a survey of 343 employees of the university of tehran. the qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis and structural equation modeling (sem), respectively. in addition, the validity and reliability of qualitative data were assessed based on four criteria: credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. after transcribing the interviews, 77 basic themes were extracted and categorized into 19 organizing themes and 4 general themes.the results showed that the four components of the organizational development model based on the thoughts of shahid soleimani proposed for educational institutes included individual development (5 themes), professional development (4 themes), service development (4 themes), and management development (6 themes).the results of the research showed that the school of martyr haj qassem soleimani can serve as a suitable model for the development of educational organizations in the country.
