ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮو ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﻋﻘﯿﺪﺗﯽ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽِ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎی ﻣﺴﻠﺢِ ﺗﻤﺪن ﺳﺎز ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﻘﺎم ﻣﻌﻈﻢ رﻫﺒﺮی

هدف از انجام این مطالعه دستیابی به مولفه ها و شاخص های تربیت و آموزش عقیدتی سیاسی نیروهای مسلح تمدن ساز بود. این پژوهش،کیفی و روش آن نظریه برخاسته از داده ها و طرح نوخاسته گلیزر می باشد. منبع تحقیق بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در خصوص عقیدتی سیاسی بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل مضمون دپوی و گیلتین استفاده شد. درمورد مولفه های تضمین کیفیت، در پایان 7 مقوله اصلی حاصل شد. در زمینه سیاست ها و اقدامات مرتبط با هر مولفه 71 کد باز به دست آمد که پس از کدگذاری محوری ، 18 اقدام و سیاست شناسایی شد . برای مقوله گزینش، حسن شهرت خانواد ه ، روحیه انقلابی و آمادگی معنوی؛در راستای نیازسنجی نیازهای فردی ، اجتماعی و سازمانی ؛در مسئله تربیت، تربیت دینی ، فرهنگی ، سیاسی و نظامی؛ در مقوله مجریان ، حوزه علمیه و نمایندگی ولی فقیه ؛در روش اجرا ، پویایی؛ در توانمند سازها ، باورهای اعتقادی ، اندیشه ورزی ، تکرار و تلقین و جو سازمانی ؛ در مقوله ارزش آفرینان هم تربیت یافتگان، شناسایی شد . در نهایت الگویی به منظور تحقق تربیت و آموزش عقیدتی سیاسی نیروهای مسلح تمدن ساز تدوین شد

explain the components and characteristics of the ideological political training and education of the maker of civilization making armed forces based on the statements of the supreme leader

the purpose of this study was to obtain the components and indicators of the civilization making political ideological education and training. this qualitative research and its method is glyzer's data theory and emerging design. the source of the research was the supreme leader's statements on political ideology. depoy and guiltin themes were used to analyze the data. regarding the components of quality assurance, 7 main categories were obtained at the end. 71 open codes were obtained for policies and actions related to each component after axial coding, 18 actions and policies were identified. for the category of selection, good family reputation, revolutionary spirit and spiritual readiness, in order to assess individual, social and organizational needs, on the issue of education, religious, cultural, political and military education, in the category of executors, seminary and representative of the supreme leader, in the execution method, dynamics, in empowerment, beliefs, thinking, repetition and indoctrination and organizational atmosphere, in the category of value creators, the trained were also identified, finally, a model was developed to realize the ideological and political training of the civilizing armed forces.
