تبیین اهداف تربیتی ازمنظر امام موسی صدر

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اهداف تربیتی ازمنظر امام موسی صدر صورت‌ گرفته است، بنابراین ازنظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر داده‌ها آمیخته (کیفی ‌‌و کمی) و ازنظر روش اجرای پژوهش از نوع اکتشافی (مرحله کیفی) و پیمایشی مقطعی (مرحله کمی) است. درروش کیفی، فیش‌برداری از کتاب‌های ادیان در خدمت انسان، برای زندگی، گام‌به‌گام ‌با ‌امام، نای‌و‌نی، مدرسه ‌تربیتی و درس‌گفتارها صورت گرفت. بر اساس تحلیل کیفی ، مدل تربیتی موردنظر شهید موسی صدر استخراج و ارائه گردید، سپس برای تائید بیشتر مدل، با استفاده از نظرات افراد موردمطالعه، اقدام به مطالعه میدانی شد. داده‌های کمی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه طراحی‌شده، به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی، گردآوری‌شده و روایی صوری توسط اساتید تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.899 مورد تائید قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری 305 نفر از مدیران و معلمان مدارس استان سمنان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه امام موسی صدر بوده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های کلموگروف اسمیرنف و با نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس تحلیل شد. نتیجه مرحله کیفی نشان داد اهداف تربیتی ازمنظر امام موسی صدر شامل رشد شناختی، رشد جسمی، رشد اجتماعی، رشد عاطفی و رشد معنوی است. در خروجی مرحله کمی، میزان اهمیت اهداف تربیتی ازمنظر امام موسی صدر با استفاده از آزمون‌ تی تک نمونه‌ای، بررسی شد.

explaining the goals of students’ religious training from the perspective of imam musa sadr

in this paper, we have conducted to investigate the goals of religious training from the perspective of imam sadr. therefore, in the applied purposes, the data is mixed and in terms of research method is this study is exploratory and crosssectional survey. in a qualitative way, taking notes from lessons were made of the religious books like the service of man, for life, step by step with imam, nay and ney and training school. quantitative data were collected using a designed questionnaire by stratified random sampling and face validity confirmed by professors. the reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed by cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.899. the statistical population was 305, and chosen from school principals and teachers in semnan province as well as experts of imam musa sadr institute. data were analyzed using kolmogorovsmirnov tests and confirmatory factor analysis and analyzed by spss and amos. the result of the qualitative stage showed that the goals of religious training from the perspective of imam musa sadr include cognitive growth, physical growth, social growth, emotional growth, and spiritual growth. the output of the quantitative stage in examining the goals of religious training from the perspective of sadr includes the dimensions, factors and components following onecase ttest.
