فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آموزش برخط در نظام آموزشی دانشگاهی

فضای مجازی، امروزه فراتر از یک رسانه یا فناوری است و به یک فضای زیستن تبدیل شده است. بسیاری از معانی‌ای که انسان می‌سازد، در بستر این فضا ساخته می‌شوند و این فضا، نقش برجسته‌ای در حوزه آموزش، یادگیری و حتی تربیت انسان یافته است. در عصر حاضر، ابزارهای فناوری در بستر فضای مجازی نیز در خدمت آموزش و یادگیری از راه دور قرارگرفته‌اند که این مسئله در نظام دانشگاهی کشورها حرکتی شتابان یافته است که بررسی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های این مسئله، هدف نوشتار حاضر قرار گرفته است. این مقاله با روش «تحلیل مضمون» به‌دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که آموزش از راه دور و خصوصاً آموزش برخط (آنلاین) در نظام دانشگاهی جمهوری اسلامی ایران چه فرصت‌ها و چه چالش‌هایی را در امر یادگیری دانشجویان ایجاد می‌کند؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال، طی مصاحبه با 25 نفر از اندیشمندان و صاحب‌نظران، 4 فرصت و مزیت فراگیر و 5 چالش و تهدید فراگیر به‌دست آمد. فرصت‌ها شامل: «عبور از محدودیت‌های زمانی و مکانی»، «ارتقای کیفی و گسترش عدالت آموزشی»، «فرصت‌های اقتصادی و توسعه بین‌المللی» و «تنوع در روش‌های ارزشیابی و توسعه نظارتی» و همچنین چالش‌ها شامل: «چالش‌های ساختاری و فنی»، «چالش‌های ساختاری و فنی»، «چالش‌های تربیتی و اخلاقی»، «چالش‌های سلامت روانی و جسمی» و «چالش‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی» مشخص شدند که توضیح کدهای فراگیر فوق، در مقاله ذکر شده است.

Opportunities and Challenges of Online Education in the University Education System

These days, cyberspace has grown beyond a medium or technology and has become a living space. Many of the concepts of these days are created in the context of this space, and it is playing a prominent role in the field of education, learning and even training of human beings. In the present era, technological instruments in the context of cyberspace are growing fast and are even serving distance education and learning. Following thematic analysis, this study aims at finding an answer for the question of what opportunities and challenges distance education and especially online education can bring about in the university system of the Islamic Republic of Iran in students’ learning. To answer the question, interviews were conducted with 25 scholars and experts which resulted in the identification of 4 comprehensive opportunities and advantages and 5 comprehensive challenges and threats. Opportunities included “passing through temporal and spatial constraints, qualitative enhancement and expansion of educational justice, economic opportunities and international development and diversity in evaluation methods and supervision development. The challenges included: structural and technical problems, educational and moral challenges, mental and physical health challenges, and Cultural and social challenges. Explanation of the comprehensive codes are presented in this paper.
