طراحی الگوی شایستگی‏های استادان و مربیان سازمانی باتاکید بر بیانات حضرت امام خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری dor:20.1001.1.22516972.1399.28.49.1.2

احصای شایستگی‌های استادان و مربیان ازجمله مباحث مهم و حیاتی در نظام تعلیم‌وتربیت است. پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش کیفی و از نوع توسعه‌ای است که با هدف دستیابی به الگوی شایستگی های استادان و مربیان مبتنی‌بر بیانات امامین انقلاب اسلامی اجرا شده است. برای نیل به این هدف، مباحث نظری و پژوهش های انجام‌شده مرتبط مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفته و درادامه با استفاده از روش نظریه داده ‌بنیاد طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، مفاهیم و مقوله‌ها از درون داده‌ها احصا و بعد از انجام چند مرحله مفهوم‌سازی در سطوح مختلف انتزاع و تعریف ارتباط مقوله‌ها با پدیده‌ محوری و ترکیب نظری آنها، الگوی نظری ارائه شده است. به‌منظور افزایش دقت و اعتباریابی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، نقطه‌نظرات 12 نفر از مدیران سطوح راهبردی و اعضای هیئت‌علمی در نظام تعلیم‌ و تربیت که در حوزه استادان و مربیان  به‌صورت مستقیم مسئولیت دارند، ازطریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته اخذ و نتایج مربوط ازطریق آزمون‌های کولموگروف اسمرنوف یا (ks)، فریدمن، پارامتری و تی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفته است و درنهایت ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و رتبه‌بندی آنها درقالب جداول مربوط ارائه شده است.در این تحقیق با منطق نظریه داده‌بنیاد تعداد 351 سند تمام‌خوانی و براساس این اسناد تعداد 1131 گزاره نظری به‌دست آمده است، درادامه با مطالعات رفت و برگشتی تعداد 87 کد باز شناسایی و سپس این کدها براساس محور‌های مشترک درقالب 8 کد محوری دانش، توانایی، مهارت، نگرش، بینش، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، ویژگی‌های اخلاقی و اعتبار دسته‌بندی و درنهایت کد‌های محوری حول کد انتخابی یا پدیده محوری شایستگی‌های استادان و مربیان الگوی مفهومی تحقیق را ساخته اند.

Designing a Competency Model for Organizational Professors and TrainersOn the Basis of the Speeches of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader

Identifying the competencies of the professors and trainers is an important and vital concern in the education system. This qualitative and developmental research is carried out with the purpose of designing the model of competencies of professors and trainers based on the speeches of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution. To achieve this goal, theoretical issues and the related researches were studied. Afterwards, the concepts and categories were derived from the data through the grounded method and three stages of open, axial and selective coding. After several steps of conceptualization at different levels of abstraction and definition, the relationship between categories and the central phenomenon and their theoretical combination were clarified, and a theoretical model was presented. In order to prove higher accuracy and validation of the obtained results, the viewpoints of 12 managers at strategic level and the faculty members in the education system, directly responsible for the issues of professors and trainers, were obtained through a researchermade questionnaire. The results were analyzed by the KolmogorovSmirnov tests, Friedman test, Parametric and ttest. Finally, the dimensions and components and rankings were presented in the form of proper tables. In this research, according to grounded theory logic, 351 documents were read completely. Based on these documents, 1131 theoretical propositions were obtained. Afterwards, as a result of the go and return studies, 87 codes were recognized which were classified in eight categories including, knowledge, capability, skill, attitude, insight, personality traits, moral characteristics, and validity. Finally, the central codes cycling the chosen codes, or the central phenomenon of the competencies of the professors and educators, formed the conceptual model of the research.
