تحلیل رابطه معنویت در کار و کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان دوره متوسطه (موردمطالعه: معلمان شهر قم)

هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل رابطه معنویت در کار و کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان است. نوع تحقیق حاضر کاربردی و روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان دوره متوسطه شهر قم در سال تحصیلی 95 96 است که با کمک فرمول کوکران 366 نفر از معلمان دوره های اول و دوم متوسطه در نواحی چهارگانه قم با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد میلیمان و لیندن استفاده شد. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون از نوع گام‌به‌گام استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق در نمونه حاضر نشان داد، بین تمام ابعاد معنویت در کار و کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان رابطه مثبت و ‌معنی‌داری وجود دارد؛ به‌طوری‌که سطح سازمانی معنویت در کار  با میانگین 4.03، سطح گروهی با میانگین 3.85 و سطح فردی با میانگین 3.36، پیش بینی‌کننده کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان می‌باشند. «r» محاسبه‌شده در سطح 0.05≥p  مبین رابطه ‌معنی‌دار و مثبت بین معنویت در کار و ابعاد آن با کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان دوره متوسطه است.

An Analysis of the Relationship between Spirituality at Work and the Quality of the Work Life of Secondary School Teachers (Case Study: Teachers of Qom)

This research is aimed at making an analysis of the relationship between spirituality at work and the quality of work life of teachers. This applied research follows a descriptivecorrelational method. The statistical population of this study consists of all high school teachers in the city of Qom in the academic year 20162017 of whom 366 first and second grade teachers were selected by stratified random method as the sample group through Cochran’s formula. Milliman and Linden questionnaire was employed for data collection. Pearson’s correlation and stepwise regression were used to analyze the data. The results demonstrated that there were positive and significant relationship between all dimensions of spirituality at work and quality of work life of teachers, so that at the organizational level of spirituality at work (mean = 4.03), group level (mean = 3.85), and individual level (mean = 3.36) they were able to predict teachers’ quality of work life. The “r” at p≥0.05 indicated that there was a significant and positive relationship between spirituality at work and its dimensions with the quality of work life of secondary school teachers.
