تحلیل جایگاه خودگردانی در سند بنیادین تحول آموزش‌ و پرورش

خودگردانی، هدفی تربیتی با محوریت توانایی انتخاب و قضاوت مستقل است. این هدف در دهه‌های اخیر بیش‌از‌پیش مورد توجه صاحب‌نظران تعلیم‌وتربیت قرار گرفته است. ازآنجاکه تحقق این هدف در متربیان،  مواجهه هوشمندانه و موثر آنها با سلطه‌گری‌های پنهان و آشکار را به‌دنبال خواهد داشت، توجه به این هدف در نظام تعلیم‌وتربیت، امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر به‌نظر می‌‌رسد. برهمین‌اساس و باتوجه‌به محوریت سند بنیادین تحول در تعلیم‌وتربیت کشور، پژوهش حاضر به شیوه  تحلیل کیفی محتوا و درراستای تبیین جایگاه خودگردانی فردی در این سند راهبردی شکل گرفت. بررسی‌ها نشان داد با وجود آنکه اشاره  مستقیمی ‌به  خودگردانی  به‌عنوان هدفی تربیتی در سند بنیادین مشاهده نشده است. بااین‌وجود، گزاره‌های مرتبط با خودگردانی شامل  انتخاب‌گری، آزاداندیشی، اختیار، اراده، شهامت، آگاهی تعقل، بصیرت و... به‌وفور در سند یافت می‌‌شود. بااین‌وجود، تفکر انتقادی و تحلیل به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین بستر تحقق استقلال اندیشه و خودگردانی، کم‌تر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.

Analyzing the status of autonomy in the fundamental document on the development of education

Autonomy is an educational goal based on the ability to choose and judge independently. In recent decades, this goal has become more and more sought after by educators. Since the realization of this goal in the handicraftsmen will result in their clever and effective exposure to the hidden and obvious domination, the attention to this goal in the educational education system seems inevitable. On the basis of the fundamental document of the evolution of educational education in the country, the present study was developed in a method of contentquality analysis and in order to explain the position of individual selfregulation in this strategic document. Studies have shown that there is no direct reference to selfregulation as a goal in the fundamental document. Nevertheless, propositions related to autonomy, including selective, freethinking, discretion, will, courage, awareness of reason, insight, etc., are found in the document. Nevertheless, critical thinking and analysis as the main platform for the realization of autonomy of thought and autonomy have been less widely considered.
