بررسی وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت، بهره‌وری و سرانه اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه‌ فردوسی مشهد

هدف: هدف تلاش برای بهبود، استفاده‌ موثر و کارآمد از منابع و امکانات گوناگون، چون نیروی کار، سرمایه، انرژی، تاسیسات و تجهیزات و... رسالت مدیریت و هدف اصلی مدیران سازمان ها و موسسات است. ا روش تحقیق توصیفی – پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش جمع آوری اطلاعات از نوع تحقیقات میدانی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال تحصیلی 93-92 با تعداد 19547 نفر بوده که با توجه به جدول مورگان و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 385 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، از دو پرسشنامه‌ استاندارد بررسی ویژگی‌های اماکن ورزشی کارگر (1388) (α=0.84)و پرسشنامه توصیف وضعیت بهره وری اماکن ورزشی کارگر (1388) (α=0.78) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی همچون میانگین، انحراف معیار و میانگین امتیاز؛ و به منظور رتبه بندی متغیرها از آزمون آماری فریدمن استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که که در مجموع سالن‌های ورزشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، بوفه‌های مواد غذایی و جایگاه‌های تماشاچیان بالاترین رتبه‌ها را در مقایسه با سایر موارد دارا می‌باشند؛ همچنین وضعیت کفپوش ها و سطوح و دیوارها پایین‌ترین میانگین رتبه‌ای را به خود اختصاص دادند. از نقطه نظر بهره وری، نتایج نشان داد که بهترین وضعیت، بهره وری نیروی انسانی و ضعیف‌ترین وضعیت مربوط به بهره وری امکانات کاربران است. با توجه به تعداد دانشجویان این دانشگاه، سرانه ورزشی هر دانشجو در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد برابر با 4/59 مترمربع می باشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به این که ضعیف ترین وضعیت بهره وری مربوط به بهره وری امکانات کاربران است، شایسته است مدیران ورزشی از ظرفیت بالای نیروی انسانی بهره ور و سرانه فضاهای ورزشی مناسب استفاده کنند و بستر لازم را به منظور اداره اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی توسط نیروی متخصص و آموزش دیده فراهم کنند، تا بتوان از حداقل داشته های موجود به طور مطلوب و مناسب استفاده و محافظت کرد و در جهت ارتقای بهره وری اماکن، تاسیسات و تجهیزات ورزشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد گام بردارند.

investigation of the status of safety and hygiene, productivity and per capita of sports facilities ferdowsi university of mashhad

purpose: attempting to improve the effective and efficient usage of various resources and facilities such as labor, capital, energy, plants, equipments of the mission, management and main purpose of organizations and institutions’ managers. for this reason, this paper aims to investigate the status of safety and hygiene, productivity and per capita of the sports facilities of ferdowsi university of mashhad .methodology:it is a descriptive- comparative research. in terms of purpose, it is applied, while in terms of the data collection methodology, it is of the field study type. the statistical sample is consisted of 19547 students of ferdowsi university of mashhad in 1392-93 of whom 385 individuals were selected as the research representatives according to morgan table and simple random sampling method. in order to perform data collection, two questionnaires were used, i.e. the investigation of the features of workers sports facilities standard questionnaire (1388)(84/0=α) and the description of the productivity status of workers sports facilities (1388)(78/0=α). descriptive statistical tests such as mean, standard deviation and mean score were used in order to analyze the research data, while friedman statistical test was used for ranking the variables.findings: results showed that in general, the ferdowsi university’s gyms, cafes and spectators’ seats had the highest ranks in comparison with other features. in addition, the conditions of parquets, surfaces and walls had the lowest mean ranking. in terms of productivity, results indicated that the best and the weakest conditions are the labor productivity and the users’ facilities productivity, respectively. according to the number of the students of this university, the per capita of each student in ferdowsi university of mashhad is 4.59 m2.discussion and conclusion:according to the fact that the weakest productivity status is related to the productivity of users’ facilities, it is important that sports managers use the high capacity of productiv.e human forces and suitable sports facilities per capita as well as provide the necessary infrastructure in order to manage sports facilities/plants by expert and trained forces so that they could use and protect the least available properties effectively and desirably and move toward the improvement of the productivity of the sports sites, facilities and equipments of ferdowsi university of mashhad.
