Perbahasan Mengenai Sifat-sifat Allah SWT: Analisis Pemikiran Tuan Minal

Tuan minai was a malay muslim scholars who was actively involved in writing many works in the various disciplines of islamic knowledge. his name was in line with malay muslim scholars of the 19th century. he was born in bendang badang, patani, and died within 1913m in permatang sungai dua, georgetown, penang. tuan minai was not only the author of religious works, but had also produced works in many genres, including literary knowledge and other knowledge. this article will discuss on tuan minai's idea on the attributes of god based on his book 'aqidah al-najin. reviously the debate on the attributes of god in islamic thought history will be highlighted. the study finds that he, as other malay muslim scholars was a strong supporter to al-asya 'irah schools of thought that is the backbone of the muslims faith in southeast asia. his book, entitled 'aqidah al-najin is an evidence of veracity to asya 'irah thought among malay scholars for a long time.
